Oh Hoss’ you have either gone downhill or this location is not that great. My husband and I were in town visiting family for the holidays. We decided on Hoss’ for lunch since we have enjoyed it in the past. Everyone ordered the salad bar plus a meal minus me. The salad bar didn’t have pickled eggs!!! Wtf?!? I could add chopped eggs to my salad so it helped a little. Plus only two types of bread. No nanchos. The dessert were meh. My husband meal was the chicken tenders and they were ok but the plate was small. It helped that the salad bar was included in his meal.

Restrooms are usually clean. Servers are friendly. Bus boy is funny! Soups are tasty.

They are starting to fall behind with the times. The salad bar is nice but it could be updated. overall… the whole restaurant needs revamped to be able to compete with more modern looking restaurants. It feels dusty.

Hoss’s is a chain in PA, but the Cranberry location was my first visit. You walk in, select your dinner from the menu, get seated, visit the salad bar, your entrée gets delivered, then you pay your server. Dinner options included steak, shrimp, and chicken. The salad bar had salads with all the fixin’s, soups, bread, and desserts including ice cream and soup. The restaurant is very large, and even had a baby shower happening in a private room. Cute décor, friendly staff, clean buffet area, and good food. Very reasonable prices.
