Deplorable customer service. I just called Geek Squad to speak to them about a computer issue. Someone picked up, didn’t say anything, put me on hold for seven minutes, picked up again, and then hung up. I have gone into this location several times and the consistency of customer service is spotty overall. They also need to find a way to streamline their Geek Squad operation, although Leroy is an absolute delight to work with! If I could give Leroy five stars and the rest of the store two stars, I would.

I’m not sure if it’ll show my previous review, as I had initially given Best Buy(Cranberry Twp) only 1-star due to a very rude employee. However, in my two meetings with said employee since my last review, he’s been not only pleasant, but occasionally above and beyond. I’m not sure if I was too quick to judge before or if I had caught him on a bad day, but regardless I would like to update my review to reflect my overall experience. Yesterday I had my stereo system installed by Tony. As I mentioned above, he was a lot easier to deal with than when I originally met with him a week or two ago. This time he explained what he was doing and why, and was without the irritated undertone that dominated our initial consultation. Upon picking up my completed vehicle, he even explained how he had to upgrade the equipment I purchased to ensure quality performance, which he did free of charge despite the price difference. The sound system was conveniently tucked away and looked great. It sounded even better. Overall, despite some early bumps in the road, I’m walking away 100% happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend Best Buy for any car stereo needs.

Time and time again this store has proven to have extremely poor customer service. It took me almost an hour to pick up a single external hard drive, due to a lack of floor service and overall employee knowledge of the product. I wouldn’t waste your time by going here.

Lot lots of cool tech inside but I always have problems with getting help. Mostly it being incorrect more than trying to find help. I usually end up in a little argument because most the time they are wrong and are giving false information. But like I said there’s usually a wide selection of what I’m looking for and that’s great!

Don’t waste your time. Go in here and you’ll think Best Buy has closed this store. Very poor selection of items, very little floor help(1 guy in the computer department this morning, 8 – 10 potential customers), clueless help(guy in the TV department totally ignored me). Never been to H H Gregg but I will now!
