I came to Optimal Physical Therapy after making a very dumb activity decision on Labor Day that left me unable to walk or sit or lie down without pain. I was traveling to Europe in just a couple weeks and desperately needed to get better ASAP. I greatly appreciated the staff at Optimal PT, particularly Nancy Korber, for pulling me and stretching me and getting me back to 99% of my old self so that I could enjoy my once-​in-​a-​lifetime trip.
Yes, I am an Optimal P.T. dropout. After about a month and a half, my therapist decided that she was a chiropractor, twisted me like a pretzel and managed to hurt me. She made my back feel worse than it did when I first came in and also hurt my neck. Needless to say, I will not be back and would recommend this office to no one. After a one month recovery, I have moved on to another P.T.
