First let me just say that I did not hire these people to do the work on my place, the landlord did.
Without knowing that they were showing up when they did, I was a bit surprised to be awoken by what I though was the place falling in. This is in no part their fault at all, that would be the landlord for not informing me. They were fast and efficient.
They did swift work with removing the old roofing and gutters. And if it were not for some wood replacement here or there, they would have been done a lot sooner than they were. They were also considerate towards me, the tenant. When I would go to leave or enter my place they were kind enough to move out of the way if they were using the porch at that moment. They even did an amazing job of clean up each day after they had finished. In a little less than a week they had replaced the roof, gutters and some rotten wood. The roof on both the top of the house and front porch looks amazing and you wouldn’t know how bad it had looked prior.
The reason I cannot give them five stars is that even though they did take the time to replace old rotten wood, they forgot to put at least one important piece back up. This piece is quite large and stretches the width of the front porch. Leaving it exposed for any small critter, bird or insect to crawl up in there and make a nice home.
