They have great customer service and I like the fact that you can use layaway for your bigger purchases but the selection is pretty small at this location. Other than that it’s a great store.

My wife and I are expecting twins. It’s all been super exciting, but it can certainly become overwhelming in the financial sense. The staff here at the Cranberry Babies R Us have been amazingly helpful to us. They’ve pulled out many tricks to find us as many discounts they can as we continue to buy two of everything. Thank you all so much!

An obvious great place to get your baby needs. The registry process is wonderful and staff is very helpful most of the time– hard to find someoen to help you on the weekendswhen they are so busy. Registers tend to back up quickly also, but they are good about calling for backup when that happens. I love how they are constantly offering sales and coupons.

This store has good customer service. We have been given many tips on how to save and never had problems with returns. They have one mothers room in the back that is convenient for feeding and changing.
