Completely disappointed. I made an appointment to have a makeup lesson with Rachel which she cancelled last minute. Regardless, I chose to reschedule. At our newly scheduled time, I showed up to her Covington studio, and the door was locked. I called, texted, and emailed in hopes of reaching Rachel. No dice. After waiting half an hour, I left. She never returned my calls, emails, or texts. Totally unprofessional.
