Great to do business with, would highly recommend.

Highest marks for Paul’s Septic Tank service. I contacted them on Monday morning and they set up an appointment time for the following day. Not only did they call to tell me they were on the way but they were early for their appointment. They did a quick inspection and then went about their work. Several of the other septic tank pumping company’s that I called offered a $ 149.00 «bait and switch» price but they could not tell me what the final price would be until they were done. They had additional charges for mileage, feet of hose used, total volume extracted, and on and on.
When Ron and Ron JR. we’re finished they cleaned up and charged me EXACTLY what they had quoted. At no time did they try to sell me any additional services that I did not need or request.
Not a pleasant job to have to deal with but Ron from Paul’s Septic Tank made the whole job very pleasant. Looking for ward to using them again in the future, John D. In Covington.
