I needed the head liner replaced on my 04VW Jetta. I was referred by another shop in Covington because they didn’t do headliners. When I called Kelly’s they asked me stop in so they could give me a correct estimate, as some years of Jettas require more labor than others to replace the headliner. In just minutes I had an estimate in writing as well as an appointment set to have the job completed. The work was done on time and on estimate. My car looks like new, and as a bonus, they polished my dulled head light covers and swept out my interior. They were very courteous as well.

After a large piece of flying metal hit my car on the highway a few weeks back I was in the market for an Auto Body Shop for the 1^st time. I gave my usual car shop a call, Smith Mufflers (
) but they didn’t do this kind of work. I asked them for a recommendation and they sent me to Kelly’s.
I was able to get a written estimate the same day I first called. The process of getting an estimate written up took all of 10 minutes. Once I took care of getting my insurance on-​board I gave them the green light to do the work. It took about a week to get my new bumper in and painted. Then only a day to get it put on and my car was good as new again!
It’s always a bit intimidating to me to walk into a car place since I know so very little about cars. But they treated me with the utmost respect and clearly and simply explained everything along the way.
They are bit out of the way from me, but the guys gave me a ride to and from work which was super helpful! I hope I never need their services again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to be a repeat customer!
