IHOP

The few times I’ve been here on different occasions have been wonderful, the food is always on point the friendly service I get from staff is awesome, it nice and clean, I love it never had a bad experience

If I could go negative stars I would! Worst service ever! We sat there after being seated for 15+ minutes and I had to go ask for someone to help us. Then when our waitress saw someone else was going to take our order she came like I’m here what do you need. No greeting, no, how are you, no, sorry for the wait, nothing! Then she forgot some of our order. Yes, I did give the benefit of a bad day and went once more, big mistake!!! Worst IHOP ever! We will never go back to this restaurant ever!!! Do yourself a favor and drive to Conyers!

Ok, so walking in I thought this would be a nice lunch experience. The manager was nice enough to hold the door for us and we quickly were seated at our table. Anyway, we sat… And sat… One waiter passed by with no eye contact or acknowledgment. Then another waiter passed by, same thing. 10 minutes pass by with no one even asking us what we’d like to drink. And another waiter passed by. It was getting really ridiculous… By the time the 4^th waiter passed by it was 15 minutes of waiting and awkward stares at the waiter trying to avoid eye contact. This was the worst IHOP I had ever been to. I would have gotten better service with decent food at the Waffle House down the street. I really don’t understand why someone who is trying to get tips for serving won’t even come to a table and say hello I’ll be with you shortly. Well this is my 2 cents.

Yea this place isn’t the best by far. Food was ok but I’m never eating here agin. The wait time was horrible

Having visited this location multiple times, I cannot recommend them to anyone. They are giving all IHOP’s a bad name.
From their SNAILS PACE service, to the inaccuracy of the orders, the freezing atmosphere, to the lack of cooking skill in that kitchen, there isn’t a single redeeming quality in this restaurant. Even their menu is wrong, and they admitted that to me!
Management is nowhere to be found. I will not be returning.

This is my second visit to the IHOP in Covington Ga and one thing I can say is that you cannot blame the franchise for the horrible service here.
The staff is clueless as to what service is and at one point after standing at the register for 10 minutes I had to wonder if anyone worked here. Finally what looked like one of the cooks came from out of the kitchen and told the waiting staff that someone was here.
I am from New York and I live in Pennsylvania and have visited many a IHOP in those areas. I had the sirloin tips with eggs and the food was at best warm.
I waited another 20 minutes after eating for the check to come. So much for southern hospitality. I have heard things in the south are slower than normal but this was plain terrible. I only wrote my review after my second visit and realized the issues with the waiting staff here is common practice.

Great food but wait time is terrible. Our waitress just gave us our food and did a Casper.

I tryed this place for the first time last night around 8:30 not many people in there. Omg 15 mins never got our drinks then the girl come over and told us she had another table and the manager would bring our drinks. About this time I said hell with this place. We walked out no one even saw us leave too busy talking on the phone the manager was nowhere to be found. This place is a joke don’t come here. We went to the Waffle House off 278 next to the Taco Bell. The service was great couldn’t ask for anything better.

This time it was pretty good.
Last time it was a disaster.
Khadijah did a great job food was timely and warm.

Quick dinner here. The pancakes were kind of doughy. How do you call yourself «International House of Pancakes» and then not even know how to prepare your «signature dish»?!? Hash browns weren’t done right either. I really don’t like it when I pay for food and it’s not even as good as I can cook myself at home.
