History

Established in 2005.

Aire Serv of Tipton County is a locally owned and operated franchise. We originally started out as Lee Downing Heating and Air and then changed our name to Major Mechanical LLC. We are located in the Atoka area. We have 7 concepts that honor our Advantage plan member program which include Mr. Rooter, Grounds guys, Mr. Electric, Glass Doctor, Rainbow International, Mr. Appliance and Five Guys painting.

Lee D.

Business Owner

Lee is a life long resident of Tipton County and currently lives in Drummonds TN. He is married to Nikki and has three children. He has worked as the Director of Facilities for Baptist Hospital and has more than ten years experience in facilities maintenance. He has owned and operated his own heating and air conditioning business since 2005. He opened his AireServe franchise in 2010. He has current certifications in HVAC, Hazwoper and EPA. Lee’s goal is operate a well respected local business that exceeds his customers expectations of quality and service.
