Our Downtown Cincinnati Hardware store at 925 Main Street serves as the Central Business District’s only hardware and paint store. We specialize in Plumbing, Electrical, Valspar Paint, Key Duplication, Pest Control including Bed Bugs, Tools, Fasterners and much, much, more.

Our Convenient Covington Kentucky Locksmith and Door location serves as Northern Kentucky’s Door and Safe Warehouse. We stock the most commercial door and frames and can order nearly any opening to meet your needs. Located at 815 Madison in Covington, we are convenient to Cincinnati as well as Northern Kentucky.

Our Door Division specializes in Commercial and Industrial Doors, Frames, and Repairs. We carry Wood Doors, Metal Doors, Glass Aluminum Storefront and door hardware.

Our Locksmith Division Specializes in Rekeys, Lockouts, Complex Master Systems, Key Duplication, Automotive, Car Remotes, Lock Repair and Replacement, Door Closers, Door and Frame Repair and Emergency Service

Our Safe Division carries the finest quality safes and vaults. We carry Name Brands such as Gardall and Amsec, both proven security leaders. We also carry a large selection of gun safes.

History

Established in 1933.

Founded in 1933, Acme traces its roots from the Great Depression and now serves as one of the largest Locksmith and Door Providers in the Tri-​State.

Today, Acme is a 3^rd Generation owned company focused on providing superior service at an affordable price.

Laura W.

Business Owner

Laura Woods is the Co-​owner of Acme Lock and Woods Hardware Stores. Under her leadership, Acme has grown to two locations and now boast of 26 employees. Being the oldest of 8 children has helped build her into the leader she is today.

Steve Woods is the other Co-​owner and 3^rd Generation locksmith and Access Control Specialist. Steve primarily works in sales and technical support for the staff.
