My stored cargo trailer was broken into and contents stolen in less than one month at this place. They don’t have surveillance except at the front gate. Dilapidated fence/​barbed wire surround the premises. After my trailer along with 3 others were broken into and the contents robbed, the attitude of the management is that this happens quite often and it’s not a big deal to them anymore. They had the «screw you» attitude and didn’t even offer a free month or anything for the hassle. I quickly removed my trailer and placed it into another location with much better surveillance and customer service. For $ 10 more per month you get a lot more security and customer service at other nearby locations. I highly recommend to look at other storage options and skip this place.

The companies response below is also BS.
They tell you all the things you want to hear when signing for space. They said they did nightly walking patrols but obviously they don’t. They also said their cameras encompass the full property — not even close. How can thieves use torches and saws and the resident manager doesn’t notice anything??? I’m suspicious of insider thievery here. Simply go somewhere else unless you enjoy a hassle.
