FuDa Sushi, Hibachi & Chinese Restaurant

Went here with a group of five around 7 o’clock on Saturday night after reading the reviews online. The place is very nicely decorated, and has an upscale feel to it. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience here. The staff was very friendly, the menu had a ton of choices, and the food was absolutely delicious. My wife and I each ordered the spicy sushi three roll option on the menu. The sushi came out in a pyramid with a little umbrella on top and it was delicious. The rolls were all a very good size, and all had a good amount of meat. Our server checked in with us repeatedly, and our glasses were never empty. Everyone in our party had a great time. I would definitely go back here again in a second. The prices were very reasonable as well. Looking forward to returning here and trying some of the other dishes in the future. A real gem!

This place is beautiful!!! I have been going to other stores in that Plaza for years, and never ventured inside. Super clean, yummy, staff is very kind and generous. Affordable, and the sushi is Amazing! Great job Fuda!

My mom and I went here tonight to try a new Chinese place. Initially, it looked decent. Great décor & the waitress was exceptionally nice. If the night didn’t end with both of us throwing up, it would have been ok. Read on.
As an appetizer, we ordered the crab rangoons. They were amazing. ($ 4.25)
Now for dinner… I ordered the seafood delight ($ 13) and my mom ordered the orange chicken ($ 11). Both were presented beautifully.
1. My seafood delight had no taste at all. It was supposed to have veggies, shrimp, crab, scallops & lobster. There was 1 piece of lobster the size of a pea and the crab meat was artificial. All of the seafood tasted the same! It all tasted fake. I tried to eat it but I started to feel sick and just ate the veggies. I threw up when I got home.
2. The chicken was not regular chicken. It was stringy and black/​brown. It was disgusting! The sauce was sweet, but didn’t have any orange flavor. It was just awful. My mom threw up in the restaurant and on the way home… we had to stop the car in the road.
Our bill was right around $ 35.
Do not come here. There are plenty of other restaurants around.

Super cute and satisfying! They have good quality sushi and it’s perfect for a date night!

We did the hibachi with our 10 yr old and 6 year old. We all loved the chefs tricks and had a great time. They served salad and soup before the meal that was very fresh and tasty. I’m normally not a big hibachi fan but this was delicious. The food was really flavorful and I loved the sauces on the side.

Fuda: it Was our favorite chinese spot over the years. We were looking forward to sharing our 2015 Mother’s Day with them. Queue culinary letdown.
Brief summary:
The bad:
1. Sesame chicken tasted like fish– dirty wok
2. Chow mein was chow salad? No noodles
3. Normal spend $ 30 free 2liter. Spent $ 100, no liter.
4. No powdered donuts like usual
5. Said you cannot refund a credit card (you can)
Looks like they are cutting traditional corners to pay for the sushi bar.
The good:
1. The boneless spare ribs are still best in area
It’s not that bad. The bitterness from this review comes from the fact that this was a hidden chinese gem in the rough. Now it’s just another wet noodle.

I will start this by saying that we don’t get fish sushi, only the vegetarian rolls, so I can’t comment as to the regular rolls. However, their vegetarian rolls (the avocado, the asparagus and the sweet potato roll) are AMAZING and actually the best in the area. Beat out the other place we had been getting sushi from and then some! I’ll have to try one of the fish rolls as well as their Chinese food and update the review, but so far, so good!!!

My boyfriend and I came here on a Saturday night and I have no complaints! The sushi was great and came out very fast. The servers were very polite and helpful. The décor inside was gorgeous. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. I’m so glad Moscow has a nice sushi restaurant now.

Best local corner shop Asian food place. food is very tasty and not the usual Chinese food place menu or food. You can sit at the hibachi, get Susi at Susi bar or just sit at regular tables

FuDa just renovated from a Chinese take out, to a full sit down restaurant with hibachi, sushi bar, and of course, Chinese. We always enjoyed the Chinese take out, but we were VERY skeptical about sushi and hibachi in Moscow/​Daleville PA.
But we were very pleased after our first visit. They did a great job on the décor! Very nice, dark wood, stone work, and blue accent lighting. Bathrooms were clean and very nice. The sushi was surprisingly fresh and very good. We also had hibachi and they did a very nice job. Service was excellent, maybe even over-​attentive.
I hope people go and support them. They really did a great job on this new restaurant. Moscow needs good restaurants. Maybe with the Olde Brooke Inn that was just wonderfully renovated and now FuDa, Moscow and Daleville are on a roll? Let’s hope so!
