Westland Carpet One Floor & Home

Great place! Steve was very helpful, he went out of his way to help me out on a rental property of mine. The floors look GREAT. I even had carpet in some of the rooms that was 1 year old with crinkles and he had his tech stretch my carpet and it looked brand new. Thanks to Steve and his crew… Don’t waste time going somewhere else, I recommend Westland Carpet One. The BEST FLOOR place!

My floors are beautiful! Vinyl planks was the answer and Steve’s crew finished the job on time as promised. Price was great.

I went into the shop to look into wood flooring options today, mid week around 2 pm. I was the only one in the store.
A very sweet young lady approached me to help, however, she really didn’t have any knowledge to help. I asked a few questions, none of which she knew the answers to. She seemed sweet & earnest, but literally knew nothing about wood flooring. Any questions I had, she had to check the back of the samples. She said the owner was in a meeting, but didn’t offer any other information.
The have a huge & well stocked showroom. It appeared a little cluttered and disorganized. I couldn’t really figure out my way around or the method of organization. There was a prominent wood flooring display near the entry with the rest in a back corner. I would have never found it if the young lady didn’t lead me there.
They appeared to have quality merchandise, but I couldn’t tell, nor could the young lady who helped me.
I walked out because clearly no one there could help me. The owner was unavailable. They’re close to home so maybe I’ll stop by another time. Hopefully the service would be better. I’ll update my review at that time. For now, however, I’m woefully disappointed.

Bought some beautiful engineered/​laminate wood flooring a few years ago from here and was having the hardest time keeping it clean. It’s dark, so u see everything! My husband called to ask Steve (the owner) for recommended cleaners, because I tried them all (Mop n’ Glo, Pledge, Bona, Swiffer, etc …) NOTHING worked, and I do mean NOTHING! Steve offered us the starter kit of Resista Professional Laminate Floor Cleaner and WOW! This stuff WORKS! REALLY! I mean, I could be a spokesperson for it! I will not use anything else, like ever! Thank u for the great customer service Steve.

Icky old stylish floor. I remember my grandma’s floors were like this.
And grandma hated her old floor too.
And she called them icky and miserable looking.
But grandpa never changed them.
Embedded in my mind those ugly old floors of Grampa and Grandma
Those thoughts of their floors, now have become my floors
this old house had almost identical floor and pattern.
I had to laugh, thinking about my grandparents
And dejavu… my floors are now my problem.
I venture into this business and the people are kind,
Very kind people, excellent service from the owner and assistants.
They insist you take samples of the tiles home,
Because the lighting, paint and acoustics changes the look of tile.
I disagreed with him at first,
But, by golly after taking several tiles home,
I realized I kept needing lighter and lighter tiles.
Eventually, I decided to go with a more modern lifetime tile.
The installation took a couple of hours.
And now grandpa and grandma’s tiles have vanished.
And a stylish tile of the future has replaced them.
I definitely will be back.

Danny O’Dell was recommended by my best friend and so I gave him a call, what a GREAT Guy! He and his assistant Frank installed my new laminate floors and baseboards throughout the whole downstairs including kitchen, and I couldn’t be happier!!! Even better than the floor was the price, the care they took in moving my furniture and putting it back, cleaning up after they were done for the day and their personalities! They sang along to the radio all day and were happy and friendly. I was sad to see the job finished because that would mean I wouldn’t have Danny and Frank there!
Call these guys, you won’t be sorry!
