Best experience I have ever had at the Home Depot. I went in on around 7pm on Saturday June 4^th to buy a new shower head to replace my old broken one. We were confused looking at different pipes and shower heads on row 11ish where the shower heads are; Phillip approached us and asked us if we needed help. He then told us exactly step by step on installing and purchasing what was best for OUR needs. Then he even mentioned some add’l items we might consider purchasing and showed us exactly where those items were. Best customer service we have ever received at Home Depot. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very detailed and patient with us. Very happy!

Very nice Home Depot. Very clean and organized. I had to make a trip there today to return a few items with no receipt, and the only thing that made this experience bad was the customer service rep who helped me. She was very rude to me and had a bad attitude and never even smiled at me or seemed helpful. All she said to me was my return might not go through, which I’m not sure why she said that because it did. And she didn’t even say have a nice day or anything nice when I was done. Maybe she was having an off day? Idk.

* Parking seems a little difficult because the lot is on the small side. Head to the far end of the lot to find more spacious parking spaces.

I usually love to roam the isles at a hardware store and even like to help People if I feel odds can help them, but tonight I had 5 people ask me for help
This isn’t my usual home depot (I go to the Monrovia store Several times a week) so I’m not that familiar with the store. As I walked around to find the restrooms. I found a lot of messes that were not cleaned up. Not 1or 2 but several. At first I thought people were out sick, but no. … The employees were just hanging out it groups of 2 to 4 just shooting the breeze and appears they do it allot
Then when I met back up with my wife and we went to the check out, They only have the self check outs open and the commercial creck out
I try to always use the regular check outs BUT none were open
None when we arrived and none when we were leaving.
We saw at least 10 employees standing round the back wall areas. Maybe so managers can’t find them goofing around
Customer service is sadly missing here

terrible service. cannot get help and when you do they send you to the wrong place. i get better service at ace hardware. ace hardware the employees are also more knowledge. at home depot you go to the front desk and ask for help and they say they will send someone and nobody comes. doesn’t supervisors care what is going on at there stores. lowes have better service. i need a lowes in my area.

Can’t stand this place no one ever ever ever around to help you … & then there the ones standing around, talking about who they went to lunch with & what they did on there lunch. Then u got these younger kids just pretty much standing around like hostess just smiling… had to post star because I had too .& now I get help & he walks away to a phone call

On our first trip for the painting project (we all know there will be more, because you can’t get everything at one time) I met Genesis, a real nice lady in the paint department. I flung a handful of paint chips and asked for Behr Premium. Genesis said «have you tried the Behr Marquee? It covers in ONE COAT». I thought «how cute, she is such a rookie», but said «They all say that but it’s never true». It obviously hurt her feelings but whatever — Im old and mean so I went on to attempt to get all the stuff I would need for the new project and maybe con the husband into an impulse purchase.
ANYWAY
We got back to pick our paint and Genesis was waiting with her naïve smile and said «let me make you a believer» — she wanted me to try a batch of «the good stuff». I couldn’t bring myself to dampen her enthusiasm. I knew it wouldn’t work, but it couldn’t hurt so sure, go ahead.
The next day I painted a room in one coat. Seriously — one coat — went on like cream. All the promises I’ve heard from Dunn Edwards and Sherwin Williams were fulfilled at Home Depot.
Genesis — I’m a believer — thank you.

BAD BAD BAD BAD! All their tools are either not charged or do not have batteries. Parts guys think they know tools but they don’t know anything. Very under experienced. Manager is the same. Doesn’t fix a problem. I had to call cooperate offices.

I went to Home Depot because I had heard good things. I wanted a gate for my dog to keep him out of the kitchen. Sadly the one they had didn’t work. I was returned no problem. The issue I had is I needed help on finding the right gate. I went to the aisles and there were a couple of your employees on their phones. I went back up to the cashier because I needed assistance. She talked over the loudspeaker for help in whatever aisle I was in. She was too cool to help me I guess. I went back and saw a short, older gentlemen still on his phone helping customers. To me you don’t pull your phone out on the floor and especially when your dealing with customers. I understood perhaps he was busy so I turned and saw another guy cutting planks for someone. He finishes and sweeps up the mess. I ask him if there is anything that can help. He said he will call someone. I guess he needed to take out his phone as well and was far too lazy to walk 10 feet to answer any questions I had. I guess Home Depot doesn’t read these reviews so maybe I’m wasting my time. Thanks for being lazy with your customer service because you lost me to Lowe’s that day. Get it together Home Depot.

This place is so tucked away. During the evening, it’s a bit difficult to see which driveway leads to the store. Anyways, typical Home Depot. Went there for one purpose, blue painters tape. Was in and out. Not much to report than what little of an experience than it was.

Good consulation. Knowledgeable staff. They also offer umbrellas service! The staff walked me to my car with two giant umbrellas… awesome!

Been coming to this Home Depot for years now for all of my hardware, tools, paint, etc. BUT my most recent trip was different now that I would be stopping by for a lamp for my front room. As always, I approached a Home Depot associate for help and without hesitation, a young gentlemen named Alberto, went above and beyond to helping me find the right lamp and even went as far as to helping choose which lamp would work best for what I needed. He took into consideration every specific detail I threw at him to ensure I was making the right purchase and ended up being completely satisfied when I got it home to see it was the absolute perfect fit. Something so simple as to looking for a lamp, any other person would have simply pointed their finger and say «they’re over there,» but not the Home Depot team on Badillo, these associates make every bit of the customer experience a good one. I couldn’t thank Alberto, and the rest of the crew enough for all their help. Thank you.

All staff is always very kind and helpful !
Today I went in to price items I need for my new home and Cynthia in the flooring department helped me out so much and got me a good deal on window treatments:) there was also a very nice woman the in the window department but I forgot her name:(she advised me on what kind of garage clicker I would need and how to set it up. Love this Home Depot!

I went shopping for a grill today. however the service was horrible. I walked out and went to ACE in Glendora. their service was great. Rae Ann was alot of help and really knew her grilling stuff. The grills are already built and I had it delivered in an hour for FREE!!! thats what i call good service.
I bought a WEBER which are not cheap. No one help me here and I felt they didn’t need my business

Made us pay for paint before making the color for us. Online orders are a mess. Really hot and cold service. Everyone differs to someone else. No one knows what’s going on.

What happened to the middle aged woman that worked the customer service desk? She always treated me nicely and found out answers if she didn’t know them. The people there now are rude and don’t seem interested in helping anyone.

Wait 20 more mins for helping me to load heavy stuff on the car, understand sometime they were busy, but I found some one just sit outside talking on the phone, maybe on break.

Bothers me that she didn’t even say have a good night or hello or thank you and it’s unprofessional, she didn’t try hiding it from me she had the nerve to look at her text messages and laugh while I was asking questions I walked in there was no eye contact and if it wasn’t for me greeting her she wouldn’t have even noticed from looking down at her phone and the other two behind her sitting down we’re just chit chatting away sticking to Glendora Home Depot instead it was at 6:45 pm tonight

I went to this store to buy a locked safe box made by SentrySafe model X055 The store price was $ 76.97 I found on my cel smart phone that the same safe was $ 69.97 in Home Depot in Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Chino etc.
Is Home Depot charging more for the same items in this area than another areas? I think the State of California must investigate this matter. (class action law suit)
(ZONING) I was there about 7:20 pm 3÷14÷2014 and the so called floor manager wasn’t any help either.
