Great customer service at this location. The manager Bobby is super nice! Also this Subway is always clean!

This is the worst Subway! I had someone order me a rotisserie chicken salad while I was on the phone with them. They don’t have Feta cheese, bad but not unforgiveable. They repeatedly asked for extra vegetables(onions, olives, tomatoes, and spinach) along with bell pepper and cucumber. I can virtually see nothing but spinach and the bowl is half empty. On top of that, they gave me the wrong chicken and I know for a fact it was ordered correctly. Additionally, its the worst tasting subway I’ve ever had!

I come to this subway sometimes before work. Bobby is so nice. Sometimes I think he’s there by himself. He’s quick to take my order. He at one point remembered what I order. Good customer service from Bobby but sometimes the girls there have an attitude but I don’t see them when I go in early in the morning.

Good food always. Customer service also very good. You can take your food to go, or eat it here. There are tables inside and outside. Only drawback: no restrooms.

Awful! This Subway is the worst! The young girls working in there are rude and more concerned about the next cute guy walking through the door. They like to go skimpy and are sloppy with the sandwich making. I’d rather drive a little further for better service than patronize this place.

They need to hire people who can understand english. I am sick and tired of repeating myself when ordering.

If I could put negative stars I would! The manager here is always unpleasant but today was a whole new level of rude. So I just went to subway with my son and had the worst experience! My son is not a huge bread eater and he loves salad so I asked if he could have a salad instead of the sandwich and that I would pay extra. The manager proceeds to angrily tell me that they don’t do salads for kids meals. So I said I know its typically a sandwich but he prefers salad and I will pay extra. After doing this back and forth a few tins he says in a very annoyed tone to the girl to just make it. She asks me what meat and I said chicken. This sent him back into his rampage saying they don’t do chicken for kids it’s extra so I said that’s fine I will pay extra. Then he goes back to his original decision that they do not do salads for kids. I said I would pay extra again and he gestures to the menu, and says you can see we don’t do salads for the kids meals. Finally I said forget it I Kk just try another subway. I think it’s really interesting that a place known for healthy eating and commercials specifically about having it «your way» and the answer never being no, would deny a 2 year old a salad over a sandwich as it is a healthier option. As we walked out my son said no salad not nice not nice at all…

This is a small Subway but the staff is great. They never give attitude, even in the morning! It’s everything you want at a Subway.

Called to order 2 sandwiches and the guy told me he was too busy to take an order. its 1:45 so the lunch rush is over and he does not have enough help to make 2 sandwiches.

I have been coming here for years! Bobby is amazing and knows my order memorized! I love the customer service and the tuna at this location beats every other subway I’ve gone to! I will continue to come here, i recommend this subway if you’re in the area(:

I like this location, because its close to where I live, and because of Bobby, who is the sweetest guy. But… He needs to crack down on some of those teenage girls he has working there– On a recent visit, no one greeted the customers with the«Hi Welcome to Subway»(amazing how that really does make a difference) and one of the gals was rudely smacking her gum, gave attitude, AND rolled her eyes at me. Really? Why I autta… Sandwiches are on-point.

I came into this subway with a raging appetite. I’m a regular at the subway on Rowland and Azusa, so I thought I knew what to expect. Since I was in the area, I thought«they should be all the same, screw it.» Big mistake. I ordered my usual turkey on flat bread, and asked for the meat and cheese not to be toasted. Once the young lady started to put the meat on my sandwich, I saw that she only put four, yes 4, pieces of turkey on my whole footlong. Really? I order turkey because its a good protein source. I could actually see the bread between the pieces of turkey, which is ridiculous. I don’t blame the young worker, but management, because I’m sure it’s what they’re instructed to do. I should have just left the sandwich and not paid, but I was starving. I vowed to never visit this subway again.

The staff in here is really friendly, and I’ve seen some of the crappy attitude and ways that people treat the staff members here. I haven’t had a bad sandwich as of yet, and in the mail they send the $ 5 for two 6″ sub coupons, and that’s awesome. I’ve used probably about 5 of them, never have gotten any attitude or anything like that which you can experience at some restaurants due to using a coupon. Anyway, its a good Subway location I’ll be coming back whenever I get a craving.

(+) conveniently located in the same plaza as Vons, Starbucks, Wendy’s, etc. (-) stingy owner (-) unfriendly staff For the most part, I felt like everytime I go in I’m bothering their peace because they now have to work and help me make my sandwich. I would rather go to a different Subway if it wasn’t conveniently located right next to my house. I only go here when I’m too lazy to make a drive. how unfortunate.

This is one of my favorite Subways. I stop in on average once a week. The staff is quick, the food always tastes great and they are conveniently close to me. Wish the one by my work was this good.

The Subway on Citrus Ave is better, regardless of the fact that the menu is the same. At this Subway(on Badillo) they charge .25 cents per small scoop of cheese for my garden salad that only consisted of olives and cucumber. The manager was quiet while i was questioning the fact that the included scoop of cheese was comparible to «a pinch» of cheese. Maybe I should stick to Subs, hehe, either way you see it it’s taking advantage of the customer.

I’m here about 2 – 3 times during the weekday to grab lunch and go(since I work a couple blocks away). The staff here are all nice and quick even during the lunch rush. They even began to remember by usual order(which is pretty awesome!) I also enjoy the fact the toasted subs are actually toasted. When I go to other subways and order a toasted sub, it comes out soft(which sucks!).

since when did subway start serving breakfast? they now have breakfast stuffers, wraps, or sandwiches with egg, bacon, sausage and cheese. and for $ 2 more, make it a combo! add apples or yogurt for your side and coffee or orange juice. but i guess, the breakfast thing is still super new ‘cuz i ordered coffee, and they said it’s not in yet… hmmm. then why is it on the menu??? oh well. the stuffer was ok. just good to know they have breakfast now. and soon coffee too!
