We got excellent service from the first phone call to their office until Greg fixed our gas range.
I would definitely use them again.

My dryer stopped working and since it’s out of warranty I was recommended to Spencer Service by the manufacturer. Greg the repairman was very experience. He replaced the parts quickly and even clean up the interior of the machine for me. After that he ran the dryer and inspected the exhaust pipe outside to make sure it runs properly as exhaust blockage was one of the reasons to cause overheat of the dryer. The charge was very reasonable and he was honest to explained that it was just a fuse that needed to be replaced instead of the whole electronic board which would costed a lot more. Of course I would have no way to find out if he was being dishonest. I highly recommend this company and definitely call them in the future for any repair isses.

Prompt, courteous, competent, and reasonably priced. They fixed my noisy refrigerator and my leaking washing machine. This is the first time I have ever bothered to write a review, but their excellent service warranted it!

Have had my Frigidaire washer taken care of twice. Just had it repaired today and I’m once again a happy housewife! Spencer Service is definitely my go-​to place they’re professional, fast and honest. I hope that Frigidaire adds them to their list of repair service providers once again because they’re awesome not to mention needed for this area in the San Gabriel valley.

FANTASTIC! I needed my kitchen cook-​top vent fan cleaned and reconditioned (we live in a leased house and I’ll bet the fan hasn’t been cleaned for 30 years). Fan was laboring and when we took vent cover off you couldn’t even see the electrical cord for all the years of grease. YCK! We knew this would be a big job and were concerned that if we tried to do ourselves we might break the fan. I called three other kitchen repair places — 2 didn’t clean fans and one scheduled an appointment then didn’t show up. Then I called Spencer Service: FANTASTIC! The person who took my call, Michelle, was knowledgeable and scheduled an appointment right away. She kept in touch with me about exactly when the repair person would be here, even had him call as he left the job before ours so we knew he was on his way. Greg, the repairman fantastico, knows his stuff! He took that greasy fan out (while carefully protecting my stove top), took it to the shop, totally cleaned it, painted it, replaced the electrical cord (which was frayed to bare wire) and plug, and oiled it. Spencer called just a few days later, as promised, and Greg came back to re-​install the fan which looks, sounds and runs like brand new! VERY IMPRESSIVE. Give this company your business, folks; they deserve it. EXCELLENT!
