Pakmail Service Center

Went to pick up my DHL package. According to their notice for open hour during holidays, it’s open. The door is open as well, but there’s no staff here.
This place is a joke. I am gonna call DHL about this.
Do not use this service point, you will end up like me, come to get the same package for three times and you still havent got it yet.

The owner of this location is confrontational, extremely nasty (almost ghetto) and will steal your mail if your’re not looking.
Recently important tax docs, and company confidential info coming into my «box» and for over a month I did not receive anything. Upon confronting Liandra Sapien she started cursing at me when I asked what happened to the rest of the mail I was supposed to receive.
She yelled and said tell me «it’s my mail system» and she can’t help me and it’s not her problem and to «go somewhere else».
How can this not be her problem? She has to make sure that my incoming mail doesn’t get stolen in for a service she’s providing that I paid for at her location, does she not?
Sounds insane doesn’t it?
Literally the most horrendous experience I ever had to deal with in regards to dealing with a business owner.
I mean look at the reviews. This place needs to go out of business as soon as possible. Something so sensitive as mail and documents should not be left to their callous attitude and their confrontational ways.
I filed an official complaint with district post master general for mail theft, as well as local authorities.
Place IS A NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY!

This place is a joke. Went in for notary services and was told there was no notary available til the next day. Go in the next day and guess what notary decides not to come in. Both workers each day seemed like they have no idea what’s going on. Avoid.

The service is horrible I had a package shipped there from dhl. I couldn’t find the place called in and the person answered the phone told me were closed. I asked for directions still since tomorrow when I comeback I’ll know where it is. He refused to tell me ‘we are closed of you come I will not help you’ after going back and fourth he finally told me there next to the 99 cent store. So I went to see the location guess what! They are still opened, I walked in and the worker recognized my voice and stated ‘didn’t you just call?’ I said yes I thought you was closed? He said we are I ant help you! Just because the door is open doesn’t mean I can help you. I was floored speechless. I have worked in customer service my whole adult life I would never treat anyone like that. Bad business

I’ve been a customer and had a mail box at Pakmail in Covina since 1988. Through the years I’ve seen ownership change hands several times, and each owner has been nice to work with, but the new owners are bringing a sense of professionalism that is new. Every time I walk in, the person working there greets me, even if they are in the back. The place now has a clean, organized look and the way the workers talk and act inspires confidence that they will handle our mail correctly. Professional is the way I would describe it. I want to address what some of the one-​star reviews had to say about bad errors made by previous owners – if mistakes were made, it’s in the past, because there are new owners now. They are young, eager to please, and appear to take the job of handling our mail seriously. I’m going to stay with them. I suggest giving them a try – it’s a new place.

Stopped by to send a letter certified. Was immediately greeted by a super nice gentleman. He was already helping someone but assured me he would be right with me. I watched him help this customer with mailing her box and he was more than efficient! When my turn came he was super nice and helpful and smart. He is polite and explains everything to you. He really has super customer service skills. Very people oriented. Pak Mail can ship boxes, letters certified, notary, mailboxes, sells stamps etc. All your mailing needs in one place. great! Parking is a breeze. Come here if you need help mailing packages, buying boxes etc. Personalized service. They actually care about their customers unlike the post office who’s employees barely say hello! Pak Mail truly cares about their customers and will give you options and what prices are and help you decide. Did not get the young mans name but he is a great employee, very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful! Thanks!

ONLY REASON I AM GIVING ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW. I’d give negative stars if I could.
This place is HORRIBLE!!! Used them to mail a Christmas package to my boyfriend’s daughter who lives back east. We paid for expedited shipping but the package NEVER made it there. The owner claims the post office lost the package which included over $ 200 worth of gift cards. But we learned the gift cards were used here in West Covina at the very stores we bought them the day after had package shipped! Coincidence?? I think NOT! These people are crooks and thieves. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH ANYTHING OF VALUE! They have given us the run around blaming the post office. The Post Office shows they never received the package. There’s NO proof our package ever left their facility. These people are horrible, liars and thieves who stole a little girls Christmas gifts.

This place gets negative stars. My boyfriend shipped a package with them USPS priority mail it was suppose to go out Wednesday ⁹⁄₁₇ which is what the lady behind the counter said. I tracked the package and it is being shipped out today 2 days later. This place is the WORST!

The times I’ve been here, the service has been quick and smooth. There is a bell at the front to ring if there’s no one up front. The lady working there is very knowledgeable about labels and stuff related to mailing and packaging. There’s plenty of parking. They too sell some mailing and packing supplies. They also rent mailboxes here. Great place very close.

Awesome and friendly mail place. I usuAlly mail coupons in and th friendly staff is always welcomeing their customers with smiles. Clean indeed very organized neighborhood mail office. Well done

Pakmail is a clean, neat and fast service center now under new management. Providing mailboxes and handling for all of your shipping, copying and faxing needs. Missing the cool little gifts, candies and cards though… but is being a minimalist always better? I kind of miss the clutter on the counter. :)

This business is great to go for a notary, help needed packaging, or if you want to have a PO box. The owner is friendly and helpful and I will return.

Here is a company who does not know how to keep customers. Extremly bad service. No reminders, no phone calls for bills due but they just close your account without any warning and not accept any incoming mail. Will never open account with any Pak Mail Centers especially Azusa. If you want this for your business, not the right place to open PO Box.
