I’ve been coming in to this beauty supply store for quite a while now, and I have repeatedly been given rude service by one of the associates. The man that works there, I believe he’s the owner, is always really nice and helps me get what I need. Unfortunately, it’s the associates that turn me off about this place. I called earlier today to see if they have a certain item in stock, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. If you don’t have the product, just say no. There’s no need for bad customer service. I don’t appreciate being treated like that and I will not be returning to this store. I’m incredibly disappointed.

I would give this place a 5 because they have amazing stuff but customer services sucks i went in about 20 minutes before closing and they told me it was already closed. Money is money and they were turning me away. But finally she let me in. I wasn’t there to look around I needed to get stuff for a client like come on. Also they weren’t going to leave right away either… they were sitting around and talking. And someone was still doing hair.

I love coming here for shampoo, the gentleman is always so helpful and nice, I love using the stamp card, I’ve built up points and earned $ 10 toward another purchase. I definitely keep coming here even if I live in Claremont. I recommend this little shop to all my friends and family.

I’ve been coming here since I was really young with my mom. Now at 27 years old I’m still coming by! This place has the best opi collections (always sold out at other places). They got a good collection of nxy, opi and China glaze! Even carrying a small collection of the colour club. Abdul is great and always willing to help and offer advice. I have a straighter that I got from him about 5 – 6 years ago and it’s still in working condition. Kim is awesome and always helpful! I will continue to come here for my beauty supplies!

My mother and I have been coming to Mystique beauty supply for over 8 years. The owner Abdul has always been extremely helpful. Everyone that works there is more than happy to answer questions and suggest/​recommend products. I love that they don’t try to sell you the most expensive items. They actually take the time to explain how to use certain hair care product. I have been buying my Pravana violet from them and the price is very reasonable. Today I picked up the Vero K-​Pak in indigo! I can’t wait to see how it looks. Do yourself a favor and give this store a visit. Thank you Abdul and ladies for always being so kind and helpful.

I have been patronizing this beauty supply for over three years and they have a huge selection of top of of the line beauty products! And the prices are very reasonable. Abdul the owner is very nice and always willing to order products for me if they have run out and his receptionist/​cashier Kim always follows up when I need something different or am waiting on an order placed. They also have a beauty supply in the rear of the store so you can get two things done at one stop! I recommend this shop wholeheartedly! Hope to see you there some time soon!

Awesome service and great product selection! I get my Provana hair dye from here and at a reasonable price (Less than $ 10). And great smelling and conditioning beard oil! They have great specials and give you discount punch card for frequent regulars like me.

My FAVORITE beauty supply store! Kim is the best and she knows her beauty stuff! They always have up to date makeup, color contact lenses, hypoallergenic earings & hair extensions/​products! If you follow the stylist on instagram, they hook you up with 10% off! Love this place!

Pretty straight forward, this is a great beauty supply store. The owner is extremely nice, and recommended her shop to me. Very nice and helpful in store as well.
I dropped by looking for some hair dye. I was really excited to see that Punky Color was available, as no other supply stores I’ve been to have that. And they’re very well prices, I believe they were only $ 8 a jar!
I ended up just picking up a few supplies I needed, gloves, and some new shears to trim my hair. Same as with the hair dye, I was pretty shocked by how affordable everything was. And there was a sale going on as well, for a few pairs of gloves, and scissors, I only paid around $ 6!
Essentially, the selection here is much better than in my opinion than what you find at Sally’s for example, which I feel is bloated with a bunch of products that are of no interest to me, while lacking in stuff that’s hard to find yet useful. And the prices are great, very competitive, and you don’t have to have some sort of ridiculous club card to get a deal. I definitely recommend checking this place out! Easy, fast!

To start off with, the owner and staff are super friendly. I have been coming here for years and the prices and product are great. They always have great specials and will special order products for you.

I’ve been buying my neon hair color from here for years, best prices locally and the staff is always knowledgeable. Recently I was looking for something they didn’t have in stock and they called me back once it was there. It’s not offer I find a supply pace that actually cares about there customers

The hair is overly expensive for no good reason because it sucks. But they have great products. And the chick with the purple hair that works there is awesome :)

Great beauty supply store with exceptional service. They gave me trial sizes everytime. and they have a rewards card where you can build up points and get $$$ off your purchase.
They’ve always been very helpful, have a great selection of Organics which is my preference. All the products that they recommend usually do what they say.
I’ll never buy my hair supplies anywhere else. especially Planet Beauty! Their prices are outrageous compared to this place.

Love this beauty supply store. The owner and employees are so helpful and informative. The owner always asks me to let him know how the products worked out for me. He even gave me a warranty on the blow-​dyer I bought from him. Love the fact that I get rewards too.

I agree with Tania. Great selection for such a small beauty supply. People have always been exceptionally nice. They used to give out free trial-​sized samples with my purchase, although last time they didn’t. ;-(That’s okay though… I tend to let those things collect dust before I use them up.
Overall, I love this place! I drive from the San Dimas side of town to get my shampoo/​conditioner here even though there are a couple supply stores nearby. I love their rewards card. Makes me feel like I am getting an even bigger deal on my monster bottles of shamp/​cond.
Check ‘em out. If you leave without buying something, you probably weren’t going to spend any money anywhere!!!

I just had to give props to Mystique Beauty Supply. One of the best mom and pops stores I’ve ever been to. Its one of those stores that everyone knows your name and know what you like. You always feel welcomed when entering the store. The owner and his assistant are very friendly, super helpful and overall good people.
The store doesn’t look like much but inside they carry a variety of hair products. Some that I’ve never seen or heard of before. I’ve never been disappointed with recommendations they make.
They also have a rewards card. Every time you shop there you accumulate points and can use them towards your next purchase for discounts.
One of the reasons I keep coming back is because they always have a supply of my hair dye brand and color. Its one of the only places that still carry punky hair dye.
