I took my 1996 Toyota Camry to Johnny’s auto repair because I explained to them over the phone that my car wouldn’t turn off and I had to disconnect the cable wire to turn the car off. The person I spoke with said they have cars with this problem all the time and it should cost between 64.00 to 150.00 to fix. They checked it and said it was the wiring that is connected to my radio and they would basically have to take the dashboard out to find out what wire is causing this to happen, they said it would cost me 400.00 to do this. I am in school and I am only making minimum wage so I couldn’t afford to fix it. Then I was told by my uncle to disconnect a red wire to the boom box and this will resolve my problem, I did and it resolved the problem. I think this Johnny’s auto repair knew what the problem was but like most auto repair shops they saw easy money and wanted to rip me off. These are suppose to be trained auto repair specialist. I do not recommend this place to anyone they charged me 60.00 to check my car. Beware !!

Valvoline was charging me $ 105 for my oil change. I was shocked but I am so glad I found this place! Cheap and fast! Thank you!

Johnny’s does really great work. I have taken both my cars (Ford Expedition and Nissan Sentra) and they have done major and minor repairs on both. They guarantee their work and I’ve never been disappointed.

BEWARE! I believe these guys are crooks. We took our Taurus in because it had a blown head gasket. They gave us an estimate of $ 2500 (ouch) to fix it, my whole tax return, I checked around and found out that’s about the rate although towards the high end. So we agreed and they asked for a $ 1200 deposit and we’ll pay the rest when the job is done. Well a couple days later they said there was a problem and said it would be an additional $ 1400, raising the total to $ 3900 (wtf!), which I don’t have and wouldn’t pay that much if I did. Of course they said the $ 1200 I gave them was used in costs already.
So they took $ 1200 from me and gave me back a car in worse condition than when I brought it in. I definitely will be notifying the better business bureau.

I love coming to Johnny’s Auto Service for all my auto repair needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable as well. I recommend this place highly.

I arrived at Johnny’s Auto Service today at 12:50 to get my oil changed, one employee pointed out where I should park so I took his direction and went inside. After a few minutes I began looking around for someone to help me with no luck, so I went outside and couldn’t find anyone, a minute later another employee arrived so I went outside to make my presence known, so I stood next to him outside waiting for him to finish what he was doing. By 1:10 I decided better, if they couldn’t be bothered to help me and take my money then I should leave. As I left I asked one of the employee’s if he worked there and funny enough he said yes. So I went up the street to Jiffy Lube.

Take your vehicle to no other mechanic! Johnny’s Auto’s crew and owners Byron and Tami are honest and honorable people, doing the work needed, doing it well, and NOT trying to charge up unneeded repairs.

Love Johnnys! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, I completely trust them. They never try to oversell and have always been reasonably priced for repairs.

I had a coolant leak that I paid Benders $ 800. to fix but they did not. They then wanted to charge me an additional $ 2300. to fix the problem they missed the first time. I picked up the car and brought it to Johnny’s. They diagnosed the problem correctly, oil cooler a common issue with this make, and repaired it the same day. Nice staff GREAT service. Cost me $ 750 and well worth it. I will definitely take both of my cars to Johnny’s. It has been three weeks with no leaks and the car is running great.

Came here for an oil change. It was reasonably priced and the service was fast. The people here are super friendly and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. He made it aware to me that I have a crack in my exhaust, which I already knew, but didn’t try to make a sale. I will be returning to this location for my car services.
