Jack in the Box

This is the 3^rd time I went to this Jack in the Box and they either get the order completely wrong or the food is cold… Today they gave me a burger that is cold and has been sitting for a while. it is stuck together, in fact I threw it on the floor and it did not even come apart.
How hard is it to get a lousy order correct, it does not take a college degree to take make a burger. I will NEVER return to this or any other Jack in the Box… Three times is my limit.

ive been here two more times and it’s better. The girl has all the sauces ready for me and everything. I think late night is a gamble still.

I come here all the time recently they’ve been messing up on my order on the constant. First once I was there ordered my food through drive through a lady in front of me after she ordered drove away came back because they gave her the wrong thing once I was up the girl working there didn’t even give me my drinks looking at me like I’m stupid and asked «anything else» um yeah my drinks. Today I went there ordered breakfast platter with sausage no eggs and bacon instead I get to the window they give me extra bacon and no sausage she shuts the window close and left couldn’t even speak to her about it because they just ignored me at he window! Bad customer service I work in food industry and I know how it is, but we pride our selfs with customer service these people just don’t care. They don’t listen either to the customer! I’m very upset.

I usually come here after picking up some movies from the redbox across at Walgreens.
I like to get some munchies for my movies and always an Oreo shake!!!
They are delicious. I don’t care how many calories they have. Lol
Anyway I love the food here. Fast food is fast food.
The location and appearance is nice. It seems a little more updated than other locations. It doesn’t appear old or dirty. I’ve never been inside.
The line gets long but they seem to always keep flowing so it’s not too bad.
Normally the employees are nice. Average I guess. I’ve only had one experience where the customer service was great. That was a while ago with a young man who was a manager.
But this last time I went. I waited a little longer than usual. I was hungry and a little cranky. But what can I do. It may or may not be their fault.
I get up to the window and this girl tell me «there’s no shakes. They just refilled it. Do I want it or not. If I do it’ll be 15 minutes.»
She didn’t say sorry before or after speaking. I asked her why they didn’t tell me when I ordered and she explained that the people in front of me all ordered shakes and it ran out before I reached the window. (In My words to better explain.)
She seemed annoyed I even asked. Didn’t seem like she cared at all. Like she just wanted me gone.
I didn’t end up waiting. She continued to be rude the entire time. Didn’t give me any ranch for my nuggets. I had to ask. And didn’t say have a good night. Or thank you. Nothing at all.
Horrible horrible experience this night. Saturday 9−19−15 around 11pm. I wish I had her name but I lost the receipt after I had to ask for it before leaving.

So I ordered a a regular Oreos cookie shake and totally forgot that they had whipped cream on top. I mentioned it to the girl at the drive thru window and said ohhh. Diana overheard and said «it’s fine I’ll take it off for you”(: great customer service!

David the cashier made my day. He’s such an amazing guy. If I had a daughter, I would introduce her to him. Keep up the good work. Egg rolls were on point.

Customer service here is amazing! I would drive past two jack in the boxes just to come here! Keep up the great work!

One of the things I always liked about this JIB is that you can see right into the kitchen and watch them prepare your sandwich, I’m a sucker for the newly advertised sandwiches and although the picture of the new Fajita Ranch Melt did not appeal to me as it appeared on television I gave it a shot anyway, it was awesome. In part because it doesn’t really look like the one on TV.
It was messy, served piping hot and even comes with taco sauce so it’s a little spicy too. Although it had plenty of peppers and onions they didn’t overshadow the abundant amount of real chicken (not the fake Subway kind), I was skeptical about how the ranch would make the sandwich taste I was pleasantly surprised how well all the flavors melted together… in fact Melt is the perfect word for this sandwich. Worth a try and not nearly as heavy as the ad would have you think.

To make a long story short I found a BLUE hair in my curly fries. The drive thru attendant that served us had pink brown and BLUE hair. Her hair was up but the ends were flowing out. I work in the food industry and anytime you are working with food it is a state law to wear your hair in a hairnet or hat. She had a visor on. Her hair needs to be in a bun tight or in her hat. Health department requires all employees to be aware of these rules and regulations. I will be going back to talk to the store manager since there was not one on duty. I also observed a CVS employee whom was talking to one of the girls in the back counter where they prepare our food ! She did not have a hairnet or hat on and didnt even work for the company and was back in a food preparation area! This is a poorly managed buisness and I will be contacting corporate Jack in The Box about these issues.

Brand new location, love the new look! The service here was friendly and fast, just like it should be at all fast food places. If I am in this part of town and looking for a fresh, quick bite, I will be sure to stop by this location again. I look forward to visiting the eat-​in dinning room.

Consistent food but service in drive through is always so slooooooooooow.

This location is very clean. but damn service suck ass here. I walked in and the workers just looked at me… a minute later while i was just standing there. one worker came rolled her eyes and asked «what can i get for you»…in my mind i was like «some service please…» — after i ordered my food togo, i realized she over charge me for the something i didnt order… but i was just too lazy and too cold to even bother driving back. — this jack sure needs some new workers or management.

Why is it that no one at this place speaks a word of plain English? This place is a joke and no one here especially the incompetent manager working the drive through knows what their doing. What the hell? I’ll never come back here again. Carls Jr is better!

Okay food. Poor management. Old building was really shit. Glad they finally rebuilt it.

Old building was a dump.
New building opened across the street,
Food.a little fresher.
Window service the same.
Just had to try it.
To say I been there… done that.
Or is that… ate that… done that!
