I have a reloadble phone card that is good for CVS only. I wanted to reload phone minutes on it, but the inept cashier Desiree kept trying to swipe the card even though it had a barcode on it to scan. She struggled for a long until she told me should couldn’t do it. If you have a reloadable phone card don’t use them here!

Walked in around 1030 pm from an urgent care to get my prescription filled. Wasn’t sure if the pharmacy was open, but they were and when I dropped off the prescription it was about 5 minutes when they called me to pick it up. I was in an out of there within 10 minutes.

Worst store to get your meds filled! They take forever and the customer service is not even there. People look like they hate their job. Place is always a mess

This CVS store is Absolutely not recommended, due to the Staff’s Inefficiency. I spent so many calls, many days but still not getting my refill. Eventually, I have to change my pharmacy.

Came in real quick to get some candy to make Christmas goodie bags for work. Place was messy, and I seriously ran in and ran out.

I went to CVS Pharmacy today 206 N. Azusa Ave to turn in my winning Super Lotto ticket, and my winning Mega Million ticket, and at the checkout stand this woman named Kathy B. Took care of the person in front of me, but when I handed her my tickets so she could check them, she starts putting the plastic bags up. I told her excuse me, and she said do you mind? I asked for the number to corporate office and she gave it to me 1800 shop CVS. I go out to my car to get my phone, I go back into the store and I take a picture of her, and her remark was oh my god! She gave me the name of Kathy B, I think the B is for you already know. Mind you, I’ve been shopping at this store for 20 years now, & I remember when it used to be Saveon drug store.

Yup…saturate the area… Anyhooo…pick your day n choose… Cause somedays ya can get good service. And other days… ya wonder why they came to work. Pretty beat up store on the outside…

NOTE: This review is just for the Photo Center Greg, the photo lab guy, was the one who helped me today! My husband and I are travelling out of the country this summer and I need to update my passport information. He happily greeted me and said, ‘Come to my office.’ I found it hilarious since his ‘office’ was the CoinStar dispenser where he pulled a white projector screen down from the front of it. Anyway, he was extremely friendly and asked questions about my trip without seeming nosy or creepy. The picture was ready in a few minutes and I was out of there in no time! Greg was a fresh of breath air from the other photo lab helpers I’ve encountered in other stores! All the stars go to Greg! The 2 passport pictures cost me roughly $ 8

I’ve only shopped here for pharmacy services. I went in on a weekday to transfer prescriptions from another pharmacy because my insurance and that pharmacy don’t get along. I chose this CVS because they have a drive thru pharmacy. If you haven’t tried drive thru pharmacy you’re missing out. It’s the fastest way to pick up prescriptions. I walked in, and was told as soon as I stepped into line I was told that they’d be right with me. A few minutes later one of the guys behind the counter asked how he could help. I explained that I was interested in transferring prescriptions and he filled out a form for me, and said they’d get right on it. He also said that they’d fill any prescriptions that were on auto-fill from the previous pharmacy. Other than that, the store is clean and the staff seemed friendly enough.

Was extremely dissapointed with the pharmsist on duty. My nephew was staying with me over the weekend and had an infected nose. I told the pharmasist the story and his response was«how do you know it’s infected?» serriously!!! Because I’m an intelegent human being that has lived in a body for 26 years and knows what infected skin looks like. I thanked him for nothing and was on my way. No help whatsoever. Very dissapointed.

Terrible CVS. Unfortunately, this is my local pharmacy. There is a Walgreen’s directly across the street from this hell hole, but I need the 24 hour convenience of a CVS. If you don’t need the pharmacy at strange hours, then I highly recommend Walgreen’s. I don’t know if this is true of all CVS’s, but the pharmacy is really slow. I’ve never been to another pharm where the drop off takes soooooOOOoooo long. My goodness. Even when there isn’t someone in front of me. I guess it’s their way of entering Rx’s into their system. I don’t know, but dayam gina, I don’t have all day! I also want to note that they have more staff here compared to any other pharmacies that I’ve been to, but they are by far the least efficient. Try elsewhere if you have no patience.
