I’m very satisfied with the computer service I received from Manny. He updated my 3 yr. Old Gateway laptop and it is now running like new. He is very knowledgeable and approachable.

Very bad service!
The guy told me that he would meet me today at the store at 10:30 AM. When I went there, he was not there. So I called him, and got the answer that he would come later. He told me on the phone to drop my computer, then he would contact me two hours later when he came to the store (around 1:00 PM).
I never got his phone call later. When I called him back at 2:30 PM, I got no answer at all. So I went back to the store and took my computer back. I would never ask help from this guy again!

I eventually came back for my own personal needs. I told Manny my budget, and he gave me an idea (with estimate) of what I could get. He answered all my questions about the different types of hardware and such, in great detail. I’m fairly computer illiterate when it comes to picking and choosing products, so him being so detailed made me feel really comfortable. He even got me parts for a really good price. Followed up with me every step of the way.
Definitely recommend coming here.

I never done a Unilocal review but just had to write a review for this computer service repair since I found it on Unilocal.EXCELLENT service performed on my ASUS G73, which was apparently having a motherboard malfunction. Turn around was within 3 days with fair pricing. I would definitely use Manny’s service again and would highly recommend and now I’m a Unilocaler!

I took my computer in to have repairs done. Had my computer back in a week working like new. Manny was extremely helpful and friendly. Super trustworthy! I would recommend anybody who needs their computer repaired to take their computer here.

Had my computer for about 7 years and it began running real slow and even started freezing. The battery needed to replaced as well. Good thing I came to this place! It only took a few days for it to get fixed and for a reasonable price! Manny is a very knowledgeable person concerning computers and provides excellent customer service. Any questions you have, he will answer! Will return if any more computer problems arise! Highly recommended.

Got the blue screen of death on my recently purchased Asus laptop. I foolishly tried to troubleshoot my laptop and only made it worse. It would no longer turn on. Found CCS on Unilocal and decided to come here due to proximity and reviews. Within minutes, Manny got the power back on my laptop and finished diagnostics and repairs the following day. His prices were very reasonable and most importantly, I got a clean, working, and upgraded laptop returned to me very quick. (Had to replace the original damaged harddrive) I also appreciated the updates on my laptop via text.
Oh yeah, and the repair shop is inside a Metro PCS store. Look for a Metro PCS in a plaza across Guitar Center.

Alright, first of all, Manny is beyond amazing. My roommate borrowed my laptop and when she returned it, the charger was broken. Come to find out, she ruined the DC jack all together. I brought my Toshiba to Manny after going long enough without it. He was able to fix my computer and was also able to do it really quickly. His pricing was definitely competitive. I was almost considering just buying another computer just like mine but the price to fix my laptop was slightly cheaper. Minus a few cosmetic bumps and bruises, my laptop operates perfectly fine. P. S. I don’t want a new computer until I can afford my Macbook Pro.
All I can say is, Manny is magnificent, I am beyond pleased with my repair. I paid $ 132 to get a new DC jack, and repair my bottom bezel; that price includes parts and labor.
Now, my only concern with this place is the asian guy who works there and operates with the cell phone portion of the business. He really pissed me off! I went in to pick up my laptop and when he finally found it, after it was staring him in the face the entire time, I went to inspect the work. I am not paying a single red penny until I make sure everything is to my liking. I told him I forgot my card at home and in that moment he was extremely pushy and kept grabbing the laptop. I am trying to inspect the laptop further and he keeps reaching for it. LIKE DUDE, GO AWAY, I AM NOT GOING TO RUN OFF WITH IT, GEEZ! Then I turn on the laptop and I had a question for Manny so he calls him but Manny doesn’t answer, and then proceeds to try and take the laptop away. After that, I just gave up and decided to just wait until I could talk to Manny.
I don’t care how much I need help, if Manny isn’t available then I’ll come back when he is, PERIOD.

I found out about this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I called to get a quote on a SSD upgrade for my laptop and the price sounded reasonable. I dropped off my laptop at around 11AM and picked it up on the same day around 4PM. Manny’s work was great, my laptop is running much faster than my old HDD. I would recommend Manny to my friends and family with no hesitation.

Great fast and affordable service. They replaced the keyboard on my Toshiba ultrabook in 1 hour. Manny was professional and the service fee was unbeatable. Will definitely recommend.

I found this shop here in Unilocal… glad I did. haven’t had my Mac working in a long time. took it in. 3 days later I got it back. I’m very happy how fast Manny got it done. I’m sending all my friends there.

I found this place on Unilocal and I am so glad that I did. After 6 years of having my iMac desktop my hard drive finally gave out on me and it was stuck hanging on the white screen of death. And silly me had not backed up any of my information from my computer. I tried many different attempts to fix it myself but decided to take it in to the experts to fix it.
I was desperate and first took my iMac to «Luis computer shop» which I found on Craigslist and it was near where I live in and the man working there was not professional, the store was hidden, and when you walk in computer parts where all over the place, he didn’t seem knowledgable, he kept estimating different prices. Anyways I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he was unable to fix it and so I picked it up and took my Mac to this shop after reading some reviews.
So I went here after having a bad experience with the other shop. As soon as you walk in here it is clean and friendly staff. There was actual customers walking in.
Manny was very knowledgeable and he did it in the amount of time he said he would do it in. He communicated and kept us updated. He was able to retrieve all my files from my bad hard drive to my new one. My iMac was returned to me with a better condition I left it in. I got a fair price as well. I would recommend this shop to everybody. If you’re having computer issues this place is hands down the best place to go and get the job well done! I will definetly come back here if I have issues again and will bring in my phones too since he can repair phones as well

My daughters laptop slipped off a flimsy folding table and stopped working. I turned it on and only had a blue screen. I went to Unilocal to help me find a 5 star repairman and a close one in my area. There were several good ones but i chose this one. I’m glad i did. Manny was on it right away and called me and told me it was the hard drive. He recommended a more newer model hard drive. It took about three days, but i expected longer then that. The hold up was the transfer of files from the old hard drive. I totally recomend manny for repairs.

This place is great, i took my laptop in to get checked for some issues and everything came out excelent! Great service, no fast talking, reasonable prices. And the staff are polite. I will be back there this week to drop off another laptop to get upgraded. This place is definitely my place now for all my computer repairs. when you stop in there ask for Manny, he’s your guy.

I took my desk top tower into Manny for repair. He found a nasty virus among other things. After discussing a few options I took his advice and upgraded a few components and my tower is virus free, faster, and start up’s now are what I wanted them to be. Also his prices are super affordable and communication was never an issue. I can be a bit demanding and he always followed up on my calls. His efficiency, knowledge, and prices will have me coming back for any other computer repair matters, and Yes I would and do recommend his services.

I have brought my laptop and desktop to Manny in the past and have felt that all my issues have been resolved thanks to his expertise. Manny has reasonable prices and gives you the best options in regards to what’s best for your laptop and your wallet. I have recommended Manny in the past to other family members and friends and he has been helpful in assisting to resolve their issues. I will continue to seek his help with all future needs and I am very pleased with the service rendered at his new location. You won’t be disappointed ! !

Came here to have them fix my laptop and got it fixed. All I can say is they have a friendly staff and service and I would definetly recommend this place to my friends and family.

It seems like I’m the second « Unilocaler» for this company, which confirms my speculations. As you all know, I don’t typically give establishments five stars, unless they have met and exceeded my expectations. Considering that this is different from my other reviews (food related), I’m rating this based on three points: service, skills, and price.
Before I begin though, I mentioned a few speculations. This place seems to be independently-​owned/​leased, and a start-​up, which explains why it is established inside a Metro PCS. It could be hard to spot right away. It is shortly passed Clancy’s. There are advertisements around the area. I came to this place, because my friend had recommended the boss/​owner to me, so I decided to give it a try. Bear in mind that I am pretty tech-​savvy myself, but I was to lazy to invest the time into fixing my issue.
Anyways, carrying on. Upon entering Metro PCS, you’ll notice it’s quite small. This shouldn’t divert you away from the service though. I met with the owner/​boss, Manny, who seemed quite young, but knowledgeable in his area, as it should be considering its his forte. I brought in my laptop and told him what was wrong, and my own plausible diagnosis on the issue. He took a few minutes to mess around with it, while I small talked with him. He was very friendly, sociable, and at the same time courteous. He told me his diagnosis of the problem and explained what he needed to do to troubleshoot it. I knew he wasn’t bullshitting me, because I knew that’s what needed to be done. (Side note: I really hate those auto shop dealers that fuck with you because you don’t know anything about it… yeah same concept.) He told me it would take him approximately two hours and that I can either wait, or come back later. I chose the latter, and he eventually gave me a courteous call that it was done, completed, and ready to be picked up.
At that point, his service and skills were a lot better than a lot of IT’s and computer specialists I’ve encountered with. When I came back to pick up my laptop, he told me that he would only charge me $ 50, because he felt establishing that client relationship was more important than overcharging. Great sales pitch, got me on the boat. Let’s be real, if we went to like the Geek Squad, or the technicians at Fry’s Electronics, this fix could have easily been over $ 100. I’d come again, although I hope I wouldn’t have to, at least not anytime soon. I’d also recommend it to anyone looking for a good technician around the Azusa and neighboring areas.
