I went with my wife, and we were promptly greeted by Norma and Reiko! Their lobby was nice and welcoming. We were seen right away. All the necessary paperwork was mailed directly to me before hand so I didn’t have to fill anything out there. Ariana was awesome at taking all the exam pictures. They even had netflix for the down times when waiting for the next thing to happen. Roy is an awesome Hygienist. He talked me through everything that was going on in my mouth, and provided much education on preventative care and where to go from the status of my teeth now. Dr. Christina Wong was amazing as well. She has a gentle heart and is very clear in her explanation of things. How she worked with her staff also left a great impression. How you treat your co-​workers says a lot. They were all concerned about pain levels, letting me know to let them know if I felt any discomfort at all (which I didn’t). They also gave me a care package on my way out! Reiko was easy to work with for scheduling my next appointment. They also take your picture so they can have a picture to the name on their file. As much as I don’t like going to the dentist, I can look forward to go back since I need to get a few things done!

I just had my daughter’s chipped tooth fixed by Dr. Peng. She did a fantastic job. You cannot tell that it was ever chipped. Even the color looks exactly the same. This dentist office is wonderful. The staff is great, and Dr. Peng is amazing.

Dr Christina Wong was awesome! She spent nearly 3 hours with me on my initial consultation. She explained everything and had proper answers to all of my questions! I felt totally confident that I was in good hands. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Wong!

I have been going to Dr. Peng for 8 years now. To start, I was deathly afraid of dentists due to past experiences as a child. Dr. Peng and her crew were very gentle, kind and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Peng always wants to make sure that her patients are comfortable pre, during and post procedures. Roy… has been by dental hygienist for the past 2 – 3 years now and he is awesome to say the least. With the addition of Dr. Wong, she too is wonderful. Thank you Dr. Peng, Dr. Wong, Roy and staff for all the TLC!

I used to hate going to the dentist because of the fact that Ive had frightening experiences in the past. Until I made my first visit to Dr. Penny Pengs office. Her friendly staff made me feel very welcome. The office was so relaxing as if I were in the comfort of my own home. I didnt feel any pain after my visit was complete. Dr. Peng and her staff really care about your Dental Health unlike a lot of dentist Ive been to. And she even has the latest technology so that you can watch yourself on her high definition tv as she works on your teeth. She was able to detect any cavities or cracks and take pictures in my mouth with a hi tech dental camera. The end result is now I bring my entire family here. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a Dentist that cares about you and your family and is not about making money off you.

I LOVE Dr. Peng and her staff! They are all amazing! I have had my teeth cleaned by both Dr. Peng and the hygienist, Roy. They are both great! My parents also switched to Dr. Peng and will never go anywhere else for dental work. Dr. Peng is a very well educated dentist and also knows a lot about pathology. She has a lot of state-​of-​the-​art equipment and I love that I can see close-​up pictures of my teeth and the inside of my mouth on the monitor so that I can see exactly where the work needs to be done!
There is not one person in her office who isn’t friendly, helpful and reassuring! My insurance covers 4 cleanings a year so I go as often as I can!

Dr. Penny Peng is second to none when it comes to dentists. We have been seeing her for years, and I would not trade her for any dentist out there. There is absolutely no pain during or after any procedures that she has done on my husband and I. There is a lot to be said about a dentist who sincerely cares about her patients. She is truly the very best!
Her office staff is absolutely wonderful as well. Norma, Reiko, Ariana, and Roy are the very best at what they do as well.

Dr. Peng is a gentle and talented dentist. I chipped a back tooth over 20 years ago and Dr. Peng had been telling me that I needed to get it re-​repaired. I have been putting it off for months because, quite frankly, I really don’t like sitting in the dental chair. I guess I have been silently wishing that it would somehow just take care of itself; all the while knowing logically that I really needed to get it worked on. Well, I finally made an appointment and the experience was much, much better than what I feared it would be. The shots were not fun, but very manageable. Dr. Peng took her time and told me what to expect at each step. I currently have a temporary inlay that feels just like a natural tooth. I’m sure that the final inlay will be even better.
Looking back, I wish I had gotten the tooth fixed sooner. Thank you Dr. Peng for the excellent care and for exceeding my expectations.

Dr. Peng and her team are wonderful and professional. Their office uses the latest tools and tech. Staff is well trained and extremely courteous. Procedures are explained thoroughly and they are happy to answer any questions. On top of that, they give back and are involved with the community. Always experience great service. Going to the dentist is anxiety provoking but coming here easing any tension!

The set up is fascinating. New state-​of-​the-​art equipment and tools. I must say that Dr. Peng herself does immaculate work. I’ve had my share of bad dentists over the years. So when I first experienced the gentle hands of Dr. Peng, I was at disbelief. I had all 4 of my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Peng and I did not feel any pain or discomfort during the extraction.
Dr. Peng provides the utmost care for her patients but I can’t say the same about the Hygienist as they work your gums and it hurts. If you need some serious work done with this dentist, be sure to only ask for Dr. Peng herself.
One other complaint I would have is the office manager, Norma I believe is her name. She could definitely use some tips on hospitality to her patrons. If it wasn’t for the office manager and the fact its very pricey, I would have given this 5 stars.
If you were to try this place out, MAKE SURE you check with your insurance provider to confirm the cost of work prior to doing it there. The office manager let me know more than once that my insurance would cover the cost only to come back and invoice me a hefty bill later. The fact that they are pricey and charges a heck more than most other dentist, there’s a great chance your insurance provider will not reimburse those charges. So be sure to run some prices with your insurance provider prior to doing the work. And don’t take the office manager’s word for it that you’ll be covered. Because 10 out of 10 times, you’ll end up paying close to 95% of those charges.

This office is everything I could ask for. The staff is great, the dentist is great, you can watch movies, etc. Dr. Peng calmed me down after she found out I was extremely nervous about coming for dental work. I explained my situation and she was totally understanding and helped me get through it all. Seriously I couldn’t ask for a better dentist. If you have deep seated fears with respect to dentistry, give this place a try and you’ll see what I mean. I will try to make her my dentist for life even if we move away. Thanks Dr. Peng and your wonderful staff.

A bad dinner, you get sick. A lousy bar, you move on. An awful dentist, you live with their work for life. A great dentist is one of the finest reccos you can get. Was so happy that somebody referred me to Penny Peng’s practice in West Covina. All the equipment is the latest. The place is clean. It even has good interior design. I even got to watch movies while they overhauled my molars. The Godfather and Erin Brockovich. But entertainment and design are not reasons to switch your dentist. Outstanding chair-​side manner and impeccable work is. You’ll get both in spades here. They both make you and help your smile here.
