History
Established in 2013.
Dr. Charles Chiang is the main dermatologist at Magan Dermatology. He joined in 2013 and has taken great pleasure in providing the highest quality dermatology care in the area. This entails offering asap appointments, usually the same day. In addition, as he did when he was a UCSF Clinical Research Fellow in psoriasis & hair, he keeps up with the newest medications and diseases. He enjoys giving back to dermatology having conquered the eczema he had until medical school. He is recognized as one of the brightest physicians having been elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
He has an accomplished academic background. He graduated with honors from Johns Hopkins University, performed eczema (atopic dermatitis) research in medical school at UCSD, and was Chief Resident during his Wright State University dermatology residency. He published research in hair and psoriasis at UCSF during his clinical research fellowships.
