Ruben D. Rosas is the Founder and President of Accounting & Tax Solutions located in Covina, CA. Ruben D. Rosas is an Enrolled Agent (enrolled to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service) and a Registered California Tax Preparer. Mr. Rosas received a Bachelor of Science Degree in the area of Business Administration in 1994 from California State University of Los Angeles. Ruben D. Rosas has been involved in tax preparation and accounting for over 25 years. Being an Enrolled Agent, Mr. Rosas not only has access to critical information but also a keen understanding of the Internal Revenue Service operations and US tax laws.
