Aalpha Yellow Cab

Worst cab company in the entire world.
Called about 2 hours prior to when I needed a taxi to schedule a taxi pick up. Was assured that taxi would arrive on time. When it was late 15 minutes… I called back and asked for an update… I was told taxi cab was on its way 2 – 4 minutes tops.
I was lied to.
When the cab didnt show up after 5 minutes, I called back. Got voicemail. I called several times after that, all my calls were ignored.
The cab never showed up. and since it was too late on a Saturday night to arrange another taxi … I missed my flight.
Rest assured I will be filing a formal complaint against JOSE BAHENA BUSTAMANTE the owner of this shady company… lying to a customer… disrespectfully ignoring their calls, and misleading them to the point that they LOSE MONEY and miss travel arrangements is absolutely unacceptable.
Some advise… find a different cab company to schedule your travel with… this run of mill taxi is no good.

Only reason why I gave this place 1 star is because I can’t give them 0 stars. What a complete waste of time! My wife calls the cab company (which is apparently linked to MANY other cab companies) and makes a scheduled pickup at 6pm to take us to the airport (she called around 5pm). The taxi company said it wouldn’t be a problem. 20 minutes passed 6pm and no taxi. My wife calls back several times and said they cancelled our call because my wife wasn’t answering her phone, even though she was on the phone with them the whole time! VERY unprofessional, shady, and should not be in business. This company should do themselves a favor and quit while they’re NOT ahead.

This company appears to have gone out of business.

Great local taxi service. Very prompt and on time. Will definitely use them again. The driver was great
