Our center has provided exceptional care and education of young children for 25 years. Child Care Plus is a division of the Rita Beaulieu Center and offers programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-k levels, as well as before– and after-school programs which include transportation to and from school for kindergarten and school-age children. Open year round, the Center offers above-standard teacher/child ratios and a caring and experienced staff. The facility is also protected by a high-tech video security system.

History
Established in 1988.
Child Care Plus Learning Center is a division of the Rita Beaulieu Dance & Performing Arts Center, Inc., which was incorporated in 1979, following private operation since 1954 by Rita Beaulieu Santilli. CC+ was founded in 1988 to provide, for children 6 weeks to twelve years of age, a quality preschool and child care program plus programs and activities which are beyond the usual, utilizing all the facilities of the Rita Beaulieu Dance Center. We also offer before– and after-school programs. CC+ is licensed by the Rhode Island Department for Children, Youth and Their Families (DCYF). We also participate in the RI Child Care Assistance Program (RICCAP).
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Rita Beaulieu Santilli is the owner/Executive Director. She graduated from Katherine Gibbs and worked at Edwards & Angell Law Firm. She has been involved with children and their education in the arts for sixty years, as owner of the Rita Beaulieu Dance & Gymnastics Center. In 1988 she opened Child Care Plus Learning Center.
Patricia Paolucci is the Co-Director with a BS in Productions and Operation Management Degree from URI. She started working as the accountant at Child Care Plus when it opened its doors in 1988, and in 1995 she assumed the roll of Director.
Stacey Rosa is the Education Coordinator/Co-Director with a BA in Early Childhood Education from RIC and holds an ECE license in RI and has attained all RIELDS certificates. Stacey has worked for the center for sixteen years.
