Found a bug in my breakfast burrito, bunch of teenagers ruining the place. On their phones, acting like a bunch of idiots in the back. Not refilling/​cleaning up pop& ketchup area. Just horrible.

Went in and half the electronic menus weren’t showing. I asked if they had any other way to look at the menu… like in print. I was told no. Nothing more. So as I tried guessing what was on the dollar menu, I asked the kid at the register about a couple items. Each time I was greeted with a snotty «I don’t know» before he checked on it. After the third time, I said never mind and left. Completely rude customer service, and I will make sure to not go back.

My husband and I came here and we used our PinPoint (an app that allows special rewards, birthday gifts, first-​time rewards, etc.) rewards to get a BOGO meal. We came into the store and it was fairly busy, which is always a good sign. The establishment looked clean and service was friendly.
I always end up checking our bags at the end to make sure we got everything we ordered, as we’ve been snubbed before. Other than that the fires were a little under salted, but overall not too bad.

This McDonalds is good. The food is usually hot and fresh, and the location is in the center of town, which is easy to get to.
However, the service is inconsistent. Sometimes I go in and they are friendly, cheerful, and seem like they are happy that they are there to serve you. Other times, it seems like they got up on the completely wrong side of the bed and are rude and short.
Nevertheless, the food is always good, (as good as McDonald’s food can be), and you can’t beat some of the prices.
