She is owner of Ilona Holland Life Dimensions which is a company built on trust, expertise and professionalism. Ilona is an E-​RYT 200, having obtained her training with Yogaworks and CorePowerYoga, she offers various classes & workshops in Omaha/​Council Bluffs and leads Holistic Wellness Retreats locally and internationally.

She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner II, dedicated to providing everyone with nurturing, customized and affordable treatments in a safe space. As expert in her own injuries and trauma, she encourages self-​discovery, as an instrumental step in healing.

She brings her knowledge and continued education to all classes and sessions. Infused with passion, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor, she is dedicated to helping others on their own path of self-​reflection, restoration, healing and transformation.

History

Established in 1998.

Ilona moved from being a Personal Trainer and Aerobics Instructor to what is today known as Ilona Holland Life Dimensions. A company built on trust, expertise and professionalism. She was born with a passion for holistic wellness that developed into a lifelong mission leading to the establishment of her own company in 2012.

Since 1998 she has been traveling, studying and practicing a variety of fitness and wellness techniques, geared to helping fulfill her clients holistic wellness goals. Ilona has now made her stop in Council Bluffs as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner II, Life Coach and Yoga Teacher. As expert in her own injuries and trauma, she encourages self-​discovery, as an instrumental step in healing and looks forward to healing one soul at a time.

Ilona was born on the gorgeous Maltese islands and currently lives in Omaha, Nebraska. She married Eric and is mum to baby Sven, who are very much a part of her inspiration, motivation and success.
