Stuck in Council Bluffs and glad to find Grease Monkey
I was stuck in Council Bluffs right before Christmas. Some sludge was thrown from someone’s back tire onto my windshield — starting a crack that had expanded the width of my windshield. While I waited for the windshield to arrive, I stopped by Grease Monkey for an oil change. My oil change light was sounding, so I figured why not.
They were wonderful at Grease Monkey. Very quick and very courteous. If I lived in the area, I would go to them for all of my oil changes.

I just got my oil changed just the other day here. 3 stars because there wasn’t a whole lot I can think would justify «I’m a FAN!» or «Just meh».
They do a «full service» where they also wipe down your windshields, vacuum, etc. I was incredibly impressed that they actually payed attention to what they were throwing away— I had a bank deposit receipt from a few months between my seats and they took the time to recognize it could (wasn’t) be important. This is all pretty standard, but they cleaned the inside of my front windshield too. MAN that thing is a pain in the arse to clean and I’m glad someone got around to it.
Oh, and the service cost 35 bucks in total, not too shabby. Jiffy lube is 50+
