Established in 2004.

Bloom Works flower shop opened it’s doors in 2004 on the historic 100 Block of Council Bluffs. We have outstanding wedding and sympathy designs. We put excitement and passion into our floral artistry.

As the owner of Bloom Works Floral, I am also the head designer. I love having the opportunity to make our customers smile or moved to happy tears with the floral designs that we sell. Every customer and every budget is taken care of like a VIP. I have surrounded myself with a trusted and talented staff that cares not only about the customer, but the community as well.
