History

Established in 2007.

24 Hour Appraisal Group is a small home appraisal company operating in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, including Missouri & Illinois counties.

The company was founded in 2007 by a lifelong resident of the St. Charles area, Jacob Geringer. During the first years of the business, Jacob established a reputation for providing the highest caliber appraisal reports for both local and nationwide lenders, enhanced with prompt report turnaround.

Beginning in 2010, the company expanded to include full time administrative support staff and additional appraisers. This enabled 24 Hour Appraisal Group to augment existing relationships for lending appraisals, as well as develop experience for our non-​lender clients. This includes appraisals for use in estate planning, probate, tax appeals, bankruptcy, divorce and more.

Our ability to utilize emerging technologies and acclimate to the diverse needs of our clients ensures that we can assist anyone in need of a residential appraisal.

Meet the Business Owner

Jacob G.

Business Owner

Jacob is a lifelong resident of the St. Charles area. He is a graduate of St. Charles High School, after which he attended both St. Charles Community College and St. Louis Community College.

After working in the real estate sector for several years and establishing a broad knowledge of the industry, Jacob became a Certified Residential Appraiser for the State of Missouri in 2007. This enabled him to start 24 Hour Appraisal Group and expand into becoming a Certified Residential Appraiser for the State of Illinois, beginning in 2009.

Jacob stands behind his business, with a continuing commitment to enhancing his existing skills through ongoing training as well as providing efficient, professional services to each client.

He currently resides in St. Charles with his wife and three daughters.
