History

Established in 2014.

Sal was raised in a pizzeria. His parents Sal Sr. and Rosalia came from the tiny town of Villa Grazia di Carini in Sicily. After a short stint in the Virginia/​New York area they settled in Petaluma where they opened The New Yorker, a very popular pizza and pasta restaurant.

Alyx worked at the New Yorker for years often times along side Sal Jr. They married, had two adorable children and decided to follow in the family business… after all… it gets in your blood! :)

They’re thrilled to have their own little slice of New Yorker Pizza in the charming community of Cotati.

We are a family-​run business serving up delicious thin crust pizza (New York style with a hint of Sicilian) along with calzones, salads, sandwiches and freshly-​made canollis for dessert.

We have gluten-​free options as well, though they are prepared in a kitchen with flour.

We offer dine-​in, take-​out and we deliver within a five-​mile radius for just $ 3…with gas prices these days it’s likely to be less than what you’d pay to drive here yourself! :-)
