Cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for over 17 years Chef Adair brings his in home private chef and Maître d’ services to you and your guest. With a hands on boot strap culinary back ground & education that spans years of experience starting at age 15, from cooking most notably: at The Michelin Starred — Farm House Inn, in Forestville Ca. to 101 Main Bistro & Wine Bar — a 3 Star French bistro, winning multiple cooking competitions and running a large catering company. A James Beard Member and Student of the Le Cordon Bleu: Chef Garrett Adair enjoys; planning in home dining experiences, shopping and hand picking ingredients (Farm to Fork), cooking, and pairing wine with an exquisite haute cuisine dining experience, he calls American Haute Cuisine for exclusive clients.
