History

Established in 1976.

When Larry Weichman and Laurie Weichman founded Weichman Associates — Realtors, they envisioned a local alternative to the large, nationally based real estate companies. It was company based on the knowledge that smaller is better.

By employing only the finest, most experienced and knowledgeable real estate professionals, Weichman Associates — Realtors quickly earned — and has maintained — a reputation for providing discreet, concierge — level service to each of its customers and clients. Member of the following Organizations, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and current Chairperson City of Costa Mesa Housing Appeals Board (2^nd term), Board President for the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, Past Board Director Mesa Verde Country Club, Tennis Member Mesa Verde Country Club, current Board member for the Newport Beach Association of Realtors Government and Political Affairs Committee and Head Chief Umpire for Costa Mesa National Little League and assistant baseball coach. Larry also was featured on KTLA Channel 5 News Cyberguy as one of the first Realtors in Southern California to use the internet for buying and selling homes.
