Clean, lots of machines, soap dispensers, change access.

Clean and efficient machines. But the space is kind of tight and narrow on the right side machines coming in. It’s well ventilated-important for a laundry place.

I would love to give zero stars. I came in one day and right as I walked in a man said«you can’t do laundry, the main line is down.» And I replied, «okay I’ll just get change.» As I went to put my dollar bill in the change machine the man grabbed my arm and pushed me away and yelled«NO! YOUCANNOTGETCHANGEHEREIFYOURENOTDOINGLAUNDRY!» I walked out in disbelief of how I was treated. If you’re not allowed to get change, fine. But there’s no need to physically touch, push or yell at your customers. Don’t give this place your business.

Soooo yeah, I never thought I’d be reviewing a laundromat, but here I am. My POS all-in-one washer/dryer at home sucks SO hard, that lots of times if I really need to get a load done in under 4 hours(energy efficient my butt!), I schlep my dirties to the Washing Well. Located behind Pancakes R’ Us, next to Kona Cleaners. I used to go Sudz, but since I moved to Tustin/17th, this place is way closer for me. It has several«Max Load» washers(4 load capacity), 10−12+ double-load washers, and ton of single-load washers. They have at least 30 huge dryers as well. Prices are as follows: $ 4 for the quadruple load washer $ 2.50 for the double load washer $ 1.75 for the single load washer $ 0.25 for 7-minutes on the dryer They have tons of rolling basket carts to use, a TV, several places to sit, soap/detergent/laundry supply dispensers, sinks, and large flat areas to fold your clean clothes. It is a COIN laundry center, so bring your quarters! There’s a Wells Fargo 2-minutes away by foot if you need cashola, but they do have quarter-changing machines. I feel pretty safe leaving my stuff in the dryer here unattended, and the place is always pretty clean, not crowded(even on the weekends) and not a lot of shady people just«hanging out» smelling weird and looking at you funny, even late at night. There’s a nail salon next door(closed on Sundays), a hair salon, sushi, girly-clothes shopping, and a liquor store all in the same shopping center to pass the time. It’s centrally located to a TON of places though, so you won’t have an excuse to be bored while waiting!

Dear Washing Well, How you rock for having not one but several heavy load washers… Thank you for having that awesome 35 pound washer so that I could wash my massive king size comforter thus saving me tons of $$ from taking it to the cleaners. Only $ 3.50 and my comforter looks pristine again… I would never attempt to wash massive bulk items like these in my own washer yet I can always conveniently come to you. Drop a load walk a few doors down and work! (I like the convenience of washing my massive items as I work knowing that they will still be there and not stolen, located behind the Pancakes R Us restaurant within the Bella Blue strip mall this place is a saviour)!!
