I’ve been coming to josh for about 4 years now, I started out with Brazilian smoothing treatments and I gradually developed trust in my relationship with josh because like every girl our hair is one of our most valuable asset outside of our heel and purses with that being said I’ve allowed josh to display some of his skills in color and bolyage techniques and with that being said I have recommended most of my friends and family to come see him and I recommend you go see him as well as I promise you won’t be disappointed. And thank you josh I absolutely love my hair

This is only my second time here and I will say… THIS PLACE ROCKS! Stylist Seyoung Yoon definitely knows her color! Want a new look or a fantabulous touch up? Come see her!
The atmosphere here is also simply wonderful! You are greeted as soon as you enter the establishment and offered water, teas and yes. even WINE!!!

After going to some good salons in Los Angeles, New York and Miami, he is the best that I could find! He puts detail and takes his time to achieve exactly what I’m looking for. Jordan delivers the best results no matter what service I ask for. I have friends come from all over the world excited to let him do their hair. Whatever it is, he’s got it! I’m so lucky to have found such a professional, kind artist!

Dudes, if you want to experience the best haircut of your life you must go get a haircut from Christina Bourbeau. She’s been cutting my hair for over 7 years now. She’s knows what she’s doing and she’ll help give you the style you want, I walk away every single time more and more satisfied with my cut. She’s relatable and makes it overall an amazing experience! She also cuts and colors my two younger sisters hair as well! Jordan Koestner gave me the best haircut I have ever had. When I first went to him my hair was long, one length, and extremely boring. He transformed my hair, and this is not an exaggeration. It is still long but it actually has a style now. He is detailed, takes his time, and is very professional. He explains everything he is doing when he styles your hair, which is very useful so you can duplicate it at home. I honestly did not know my hair could look this good. Prices are decent and worth it.

Five stars for Ginger! The salon is cute, the service at the front desk is basically friendly, but Ginger is what makes this place amazing.
She does great cuts for curly/​wavy hair, is genuinely interesting to talk to, and cares very much about giving you the cut you want.
I’ve gotten a couple Brazilian blowouts from her, and she’s pretty amazing, but I have to say, if you have more difficult hair, get it cut by Ginger. Like me, you might actually start liking your hair, for a change!

I had another incredible experience with my hair color and cut with Josh Clark.
He takes his time and is always precise with the color and cut of my hair. He really gets to know your hair/​color preferences and genuinely wants you to feel like a million bucks walking out the door. He even takes detailed notes so you’re not reinventing the wheel the next time you come in.
Bottom line, Josh is ah-​mazing! If you need a balyage, he’s your guy.

He’s experienced and educated not only with styling but with products which is appreciated since he can recommend which products can augment or maintain your style. Let me start by saying that for years I used to get my hair done at Christophe salon in Beverly Hills. I also went to Serge Normant on Melrose when it was still open – so, I’ve always had my hair done at amazing salons. But let me share my secret with you, Jordan is just as amazing and even better.
I can’t stress the level of attention, detail, and heart Jordan puts into making sure he gets your hair to be exactly what you want it to be and more. Jordan has delivered the best results no matter what service he provided-​Brazilian blow out, haircuts, highlights, etc. His precision and elevated taste put my hard-​to-​please personality at ease. Thank you Jordan for making me feel like I have commercial-​ready hair every time I leave your chair.

I went to Victor Paul Salon to have a balayage done by Rechelle Harper and I could not be happier with how it turned out! I LOVE MY HAIR!
I was very hesitant because I do not get my hair dyed often but she was very helpful and understood exactly what I wanted. I felt so comfortable as she talked me through what she was doing to my hair and she continuously offered me refreshments and magazines. Rechelle was so friendly and I have already recommended her to friends and family.
Gone is my two year old all over color and now my hair is beautifully blended.

I’ve been addicted to this salon ever since Jordan gave me a Brazilian blowout! My hair has never looked so great and easy to take care of! I recently saw him again last week for balayage. I went in for a consult and he was very thorough in listening to my thoughts and coming up with a vision of the perfect color to complement the warm tones in my hair. He listened to my concerns about needing a low maintenance color and also about the previous ombré that is fading on my hair. He educated me about the process and presented me a slower but healthier option to keep the integrity of my hair. It was a lengthy process but the color came out perfectly, very natural. I’m excited to see how it looks in 6 weeks as I know it’ll look even better over time!
Thanks to Jordan Koestner for being such an awesome stylist who really cares about his clients and is so talented! I’m glad to have met him and glad to have found a new stylist. After 2 great experiences, I can say that I have the utmost trust in him with my hair! I’ve already recommended him to my girlfriend and she loves him too!

Let me start off by saying I really gave this place a chance. The first time I came in with a groupon. My husband bought me the groupon with a Brazilian blowout and a haircut. So here’s my experience… I went in during the month of August and the only thing good I encounter both times is the front desk. I came in they greeted me with smiles and with a positive attitude. well I ended getting my Brazilian blowout with Christina. When she finish it looked great but the results did not last by the third wash it was super frizzy. I also got so much dandruff.
I never made a big deal because I thought that I just had a bad reaction to the Brazilian blowout.
The day I got my Brazilian blowout. I asked Christina how much she charged and if I can book an appointment for an ombré. Christina quoted me $ 125 for ombré and olaplex. She said $ 80 for the ombré and the rest for the treatment. I said ok and booked the appointment. She also wrote it down in her notebook. She did not keep her original quote. She charged me $ 150 without the olaplex the day I got my ombré. Not only that she did not dye all my hair and she did not gave the ombré I wanted. I wanted more lighter. My hair looks the same. .basically black!
She also gave me attitude and got mad at me because while she did my hair I moved to get my tea. I felt so hostile.
I recommend not going to Christina at all!

This salon is fabulous!
When I walked in, I was warmly welcomed into the salon. They went to the back and got my stylist. Jordan greeted me with a great smile and walked me back to his chair. He spent a good amount of time understanding my hair and what I wanted to see differently. As we were discussing options he was very educating on why we would do it one way versus the other. He really did leave no questions unanswered.
I had scheduled a balayage, a Brazilian blowout and a cut. We knew I was going to be there for a while. Jordan never made me feel like I was a burden or rushed in any way. Once the color was completed, there was a spot we agreed could use a bit more lifting, so he did jus that. Then took time and went the extra mile to curl it, so I could see how it would fall and ensure I was 100% satisfied.
Now we moved on to the clarifying wash of my hair. He gave me an incredible scalp massage, I am not upset my hair required 3 washes to be done. We had nice conversation the whole time without being too personal. After the Solution was put on, I was sat under the dryer to set the blowout, while there I enjoyed a lovely glass of wine.
Now off to the blow dry and flat ironing for the Brazilian. He was gentle with my hair and gave the roots a bit of volume with the way he positioned the flat iron.
The cut … swoon… I love the way he cut my hair.
To sum up my visit, 10 stars, two thumbs up, I couldn’t be happier. Jordan has an amazing technique his attention to detail is unparalleled, and he is incredibly knowledgeable about what he does.
If you are looking for a nice, relaxed, beautiful and welcoming salon… this is your place.
PS… All of the employees there are amazing.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is gorgeous. Everyone leaves looking like movie stars. Great music. Green tea iced tea or wine or champagne. They know how to pamper their beauties! I look forward to my pamper ME day at VP Salon!

I am sad to say we found out Briian no longer cuts hair here. Pretty much the only reason why I loved this place. There’s some weird vibes here now with all the new faces. Not as friendly as before and only a couple people left that seem like real people. Sad really. It used to be so great. But they do have cool artwork and friendly reception people (the extra star is for the front desk).

I found this place from a Groupon offer for a ‘$ 90 Keratin Treatment Special’ and it seemed like a decent enough salon. I called and booked an appointment with a gentleman over the phone who made an appointment for Rechelle, I think her name was.
*As a backstory on me, I’ve ordered keratin treatments in the past over Groupon for different salons, and been VERY happy with the incredible results it’s given me. I have coarse/​thick/​unruly hair and the treatment is a lifesaver in terms of softness/​straightness and manageability for my hair that last MONTHSS.
So, I show up at the salon for my appointment, and they sit me down with a girl named Jenna Bennett, who i come to find out, doesn’t do the ‘Keratin Treatment’ at all, but only does ‘Brazilian Blowouts and there’s no one else at the salon that does the ‘Keratin Treatment’. So she offered to do the blowout instead, and I was hesitant to do it, as I didn’t think/​know if it would work with my crazy hair, and not to mention, it costs $ 100, not $ 90. She assured me that it was even better than the keratin treatments, and besides, I didn’t want to have come all this way for nothing, so I decided to give it a shot.
The end result was not even 10% as good as the results I get from the ‘Keratin Treatment’. My hair literally looks EXACTLY the same as it did before. Not only that, I have clumps of hair that come off in the shower every day now. So basically $ 100 down the drain not including tip and the hassle of it all. Needless to say, I’m super frustrated.
All that being said, my stylist was SUPER nice and friendly and would even love to hang out with her outside the salon. Thats how personable and cool she is. The salon itself was very nice and professional. But as far as their ‘Brazilian Blowouts’ are concerned, I would rather set my money on fire then waste my time doing that again. Thats not to take away from anything else that they offer there at the salon though, and next time I need a haircut or anything else done, I’d love to come back and give them my business.

Decided to try this place because of the great reviews and because my hair is super curly. Went here 11÷15÷14 for a Brazilian Blowout and a haircut. The stylist was very nice and the place was very clean. I liked the haircut and the treatment process took a long time but looked fine, I was pleased when I left. Before leaving the stylist told me if there were any problems just to call her. I was careful and followed all the instructions in order to keep the blowout treatment and even purchased a $ 30 Shampoo specifically for brazilian blow outs so it can «last longer».
After the first wash, my hair was completely back to normal. I was VERY disappointed because there was zero difference. I called the salon and left a message for my stylist. The next time I washed my hair I noticed my hair was very dry and seemed brittle. About three weeks after the treatment my hair started falling out in HUGE clumps, it falls out very easily now. When I shower there are huge bundles of hair, when I try to brush my hair even more falls out, even sleeping or laying against the couch full bundles of hair come off. I have called back 3 different times, left messages with receptionist and she only says «your stylist isn’t here today» «your stylist is sick» or they will get back to me (left my name and phone number).
I am tired of waiting and am completely upset by the damage to my hair. I feel like I am going bald! And I am only 21 years old! Horrible customer service, I do not recommend anyone going here for hair treatment.
