So I decided to stay at this place for a day while visiting the area and it wasn’t horrible but it’s wasn’t the greatest either… It’s pretty convenient. Their were many places to eat in the area along with a target and other businesses. The hotel tends to have a lot of movement going on around it but nothing I couldn’t manage as long as you ins your own business and stay to your self their is no issue. If need be I would stay again. Like I said it isn’t the four star you be hoping for but it also isn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed in by far((lol))

Can I give this a zero star??? Or minus –10000?! I was in a pinch and saw the hotel. Figured as long as it was clean I would be ok(and hello, in and out is right next to it!!!). However, I should’ve checked ratings and didn’t. The room had cockroaches and flies!!! The place smelt disguising, the walls has stains all over, door has patches everywhere, this was THEFILTHIESTPLACE I’ve ever slept in. The bed was rock hard. The sheets had holes in them and there was NOAC. It was soooooooooo disguising!!! I thought I was in a crack dealer motel as I heard cars in and out all through the night and people talking right outside. Please do not come here, it’s the grossest of gross.

I stayed recently for a festival down the street at the observatory. The inns location is very central to the observatory and the beach. The woman at the front desk greeted us very friendly and the rest of the staff I encountered were nice too. Their complimentary breakfast was pretty skimpy but that wasn’t too disappointing. The pool was clean and so were the rooms. Overall I really enjoyed staying here and definitely will again if I’m in this area.

The only thing this place really has going for it is the price. Everything else desperately needs to be improved on. I’ll just list a good and a bad column and let you make your decision from there. The Good: — The Price, booked blindly on priceline you can get a good deal. — The Location(kind of) Right next to the freeway, ideal if you plan to do a lot of driving. — In N Out in the Parking lot, Chick Fil-A across the street. The Bad: — The location: area seems kinda shady, lots of traffic, school kids walk all through the hotel, graveyard is kinda creepy. — 90% sure there’s multiple drug dealers living here, seeing as people creep in their cars all day and night long. — Rooms get unexplainably hot sometimes, several rooms did this for no aparant reason on certain nights. — Wifi doesn’t work. — Constantly the room key keeps reseting after the first night, one time they made my girlfriend wait outside for hours until I came home instead of letting her back in. — Several rooms have leaky toilets. — Beds suck, pillows are awful. — Really old fashioned air system. Really this place is the place you go when you wanna save a couple dollars, but you need to know what to expect first or this will shock you.
