Top of Nails

The girls were nice, prices fair… But they really rushed it all. In fact… They had two different people doing my manicure. Neither of them took the one to make sure they were even! Do my left hand nails are noticeably longer than my right!!! It’s going to drive me nuts.
Also– Gel is suppose to be SOAKED off; not scrapped off. OUCH! Stop rushing!!! Also didn’t let me keep my hand under the light the full time so I doubt this gel will last.

5 stars for the price, variety of services, and quality of each. No it’s not Burke Williams but they do a good job and it’s a great value!

If I could I would give them Zero stars! Expensive gel set of nails and after not even one week my nails are chipping and even broke off! Waste of money and time and the lady even cut me on almost every finger. I’m sure a hole in the wall place would do a better job and have better quality than them.

I really want to believe the reviews were wrong. They had two technician work on my gel mani? Maybe two speed the process up?(it didn’t) The end result: each hand looking completely different from one another. Then I had a piece of hair sticking from my nail and pointed it out for her to remove before she applied the top coat. She assured me it would wipe off when she finished the gel and applied the alcohol with the cotton ball. Yeah. It’s still there and it’s all bumpy. I should of trusted the reviews I’m so Not coming back.

I literally had to stop her before she painted my nails to ask her to clean the dirt from under my toes. There was still some left. She was all irritated … She was rushing the job. Ugh. Side note– some woman left here all mad because her hair color was wrong. I laughed. WHO GETS THEIR HAIR DYED AT A NAIL SALON??? Lol

Bait and switch, went in for the Spa Pedi/​Mani special for $ 25 and walked out having to pay $ 134 for 2.
Everything is Ala-​Carte and additional including having callous removed from heels.

I love when business read their reviews and actually improve their service. This nail shop can do your hair and give you a mani/​pedi all at the same time AND they do an awesome job AND they can get you out the door in record time! I host a lot of parties and go to a lot of social events and they get me IN and OUT looking fabulous every time, although, sometimes, I just relax and go in for a facial. Tina is excellent for facials. Christina and Kim are the best for a shampoo and blow dry! Great way to up your game!

1^st time going to this place for a Manicure & Pedicure with my friend! $ 51 dollars I paid for a horrible job, when they don’t even do a professional job applying nail color. Left me with all nail polish all over, didn’t offer the disposable sandals when they knew I had tennis shoes. Not friendly at all! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Very bad experience here was treated poorly, was rushed and overall very bad hospitality. Nails did not look great and will never be back here. A smile goes a long way with a customer and better to take your time than rush and and up with a bad nail job. There are too many places I don’t need to go back here. Horrible customer service.

I’ve seen a lot of one star ratings and feel bad for these guys. I can’t speak to their manicuring skills, BUT they randomly have a small sign in the window for «Men’s Haircuts.» Only $ 12 and they do great work ! Very attentive and careful, and obviously very reasonable.

If I can give them no stars, I would!!! I came here before and my nails turned out good. I just left here and the lady messed up my nails so bad. I asked for a fill with gel polish and if she can make my nails short because I don’t like my nails long due to typing at work. She said she will charge me an additional 5 dollars (which they never did before). My right hand nails were long and my left hand nails were short. I told her if can she make them even and she gave me an attitude and said you are such a perfectionist and they are fine. I told her they are not even and I put both my hands together for her to see, she clearly saw the difference and fixed them (kind of). Before she put my nail polish on she asked me to pay, so I took my wallet out and pulled my debit card and she said to pay cash only and I told her Ive payed with my debit card before and I don’t have cash with me. She said fine pay later. As she finished my nails she said she forgot she has to charge me another 4 dollars because she had to take off my old gel nail polish. I told her next time when someone asks you how much a service is, tell them what the actual price is, don’t just start adding things at the end. She turned to talk to the manager and I was not about to start arguing with these people and wanted to get the hell out. When I went outside I realized my nails had bubbles on each nail and were very blotchy. I will never come to this place again. Unprofessional and have no manners. I’m going to get my nails fixed somewhere else.

I go here to get blow drys which are good by Kym or Lee but the woman Mary that is the Manager is a scary nightmare of a woman!!! She is RUDE, never smiles and treats the sweet girls that work there like dirt!!! This place is dirty and money hungry. They always want you to pay cash and push and push to add more services. Do yourself a favor and go to Beauty Quest up the street.

I have been coming here for many years and followed them during the remodel. It is the same conistent quality service every time.

I’ve been a few times and got a lady named Tina (she has really long hair). She did great. She offered my roommate and me a free flower because it was our first time there. I’ve asked for her every time since then. :)

I’ve been going to this place for about 12 years. I was sad when it closed when the whole Vons shopping center was remodeled because their prices were good and they did a good job. A few weeks ago, I noticed they were back!
I got the bikini wax from Michelle – $ 25 for brazilian!!! Such a great price and she did a good job too. I also got a spa chair manicure and pedicure which was also $ 25. They have brand new spa chairs and the technicians both did great jobs. This time was good, but I know from past experiences that it can be hit or miss with the nails. Nevertheless, their prices can’t be beat and I will be back.

Went in for a facial and a pedi… weak facial. Lasted about ½ hour… the tech was clearly uninterested in doing more than a very fast job. They tried soooo hard to «upsell» EVERYTHING. They pushed everything they do.
They spoke in their own language and were clearly gossiping about customers… super rude.
There are so many better/​nicer/​friendlier places close by. I would recommend trying somewhere else… this was not a very good experience.

I only came here because I wanted to try Beauty Quest down the street, but they were booked… what a mistake! The salon itself was like a beauty store/​nail salon hybrid and I found it to be very dirty. There were very few OPI polishes available.
I got the worst manicure of my life here. I asked for clear and they gave me only ONE coat of cheap polish that proceeded to chip the next day. They didn’t ask me what length I wanted or what shape. The staff were not warm and clearly gossiping. There is zero customer service here folks!

The good: Very fast service. My friend and I have been there several times for a manicure and pedicure and we’ve never had to wait.
The bad: One thing that is weird to me is that this salon doesn’t have you write in the tip, you have to tell them before they run your card how much extra to put on. Obviously that presents a problem. I had some cash in my purse and wanted to see the manicure after she was done before deciding on a tip, so I told her not to put any extra on. She charged me $ 30 for a $ 25 mani/​pedi and didn’t say a word. I didn’t mention it either and signed for the card, and then she gave me a bad paint job.
It was incredibly rude for her to assume that I wasn’t going to tip, and VERY rude that she ran my card for more than I told her to, adding on her own tip. I would have made it a big deal if I wasn’t in a rush to leave. We will never go there again because of their dishonest practices.
