Worst maid service ever DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They should be shut down. I seriously feel they are a company of scammers. It is SO INCREDIBLY difficult to get an actual human being to even begin to help you with any problems that might arise with you/​your cleaning/​your maid/​payments whatever.
My maid did not show up two weeks in a row, I waited outside for over 15 min for her and nothing. Both times I get an email saying they couldn’t access my home.
That was bs because I was clearly waiting outside. I did not only not see any one, but didn’t even get a phone call. My phone number is clearly on there and it says they have to call me before accessing my home because I have to let them in.
I tried calling TIDY, I got an automated message saying to text a number which I did and got no response. Tried calling again, nothing but automated messages. That’s when I got that second email saying I had been charged nearly $ 23 again second week in a row for this maid not showing up and them saying it was my fault. I then must have sent about 3 emails which all went unanswered. It wasn’t until I canceled my service and they sent me an email asking for feedback that I sent one more email back being pretty nasty asking if there were actual human beings working there or only a bunch of scammers.
That’s when I got a response. Literally the most stupid response. Didn’t help me in any way, didn’t say anything at all but basically repeating what I said to them and saying if they could be of additional help, when they didn’t even help to begin with! And they lied and said they answered my previous emails. Come the f on. I told them I want those charges back or I’m suing them or something this is so messed up. Not fair to people who just want a cleaning service for their home.

Arranged for cleaning today. No one showed up and no one called to let me know. I had to text AND send an email to find out the cleaner had cancelled at the last minute or so they claim. Not my problem — anyone with half a brain cell could have called me to tell me what was going on. That should not have become my responsibility. What a let down. With so many services of this kind out there I consider this an epic fail and have no plans to give them another shot at disappointing me. Get it together Tidy!!!

I have no respect for this company. Let’s talk about what happened. I was scheduled for an 11am service to clean my house. At 10:53am I received a text message saying that my preferred tidy service provider was unavailable. When I called the number back, it redirected me to the service providers home number, where she told me that she had no previous knowledge of scheduled cleaning as she had not been able to work for the past 3 weeks, due to car trouble.
That is absolutely disrespectful to your clientele and employees. It is not the maids fault that she has car trouble. But to schedule someone who hasn’t worked, not tell them, and then when the customer wants to know what happened, you redirect them to your unaware employee… Terrible.
Needles to say I canceled all future cleanings and contacted my bank to issue a stop payment on all future billings, as I had heard they continue to charge your account. Looks like tidy needs to do a deep cleaning of the way they do business.

I’ve had a positive experience with TIDY– I honestly can’t believe that it only has 2 stars overall. Now I’m especially glad I took the time to post this review.
BTW– Lissy is a sweet woman who does a superb job of cleaning my home– I highly recommend her!

Your employee was soliciting employment for their own company and left wet spots that later dried into dirt areas. I cannot believe this is how your company gains new customers.

I, too, am glad that I ordered the service without checking reviews, because I was very happy with my Tidy cleaning today. I got the Tidy Plus cleaning. Full disclosure: I did straighten up my apartment and do all my dishes, etc. before they came, because I knew I wanted them to focus specifically on deep cleaning; they say on the website that you get one person for 2.5 hrs for a Tidy Plus cleaning, so I didn’t want them to waste their limited time on items I don’t mind doing myself.
I asked them to make sure to clean inside the fridge, inside the oven, outside on the balcony, and give the bathroom a very thorough cleaning in addition to the regular all over cleaning that the Tidy website lists. I had plans for the afternoon, so I didn’t get a chance to meet with the cleaner when he or she was here, but I left a note with those specific areas I wanted to make sure were thoroughly cleaned. When I got home, my 1br apartment looked spotless and all of the items I asked them to take care of were done, and it looks like they fulfilled the list of all the regular Tidy cleaning items too. I spot tested a few areas for dust and didn’t find any. My carpets look perfect and they did a great job on the vinyl floor as well. I can tell they vacuumed the couch and got into the hard to reach areas too. I’m very satisfied with the job they did and I will continue the service.
As for the other reviews, I’m sure it depends on who you get how satisfied you end up being, but I also think you need to be realistic about the time you get vs how much space you have and what items you prioritize. For example, if you have a 5 bedroom house, you’re never going to get a deep cleaning in 2.5 hours from one person. Think about how long it would take you to clean all of those rooms by yourself — that’s what you’re working with. Or, on the other end of the spectrum, if your small apartment is a gigantic mess, they’re going to end up spending most of the 2.5 hours cleaning up the mess instead of getting down to the deep cleaning you might want them to do. This doesn’t excuse the other issues people have brought up with customer service, etc, but something to think about.
I do think maybe Tidy should have different options depending on your home size and not just the depth of cleaning you want them to do, which would help manage expectations as well. It shouldn’t be one-​size fits all.
As it is, I think if you have a small apartment or small home of 2 br or less, Tidy is worth trying! Larger homes or very messy people will probably be disappointed that there isn’t more time allotted for cleaning, but they did say that it was possible to call and negotiate for specific cleaning needs — might be worth reaching out to see if they can accommodate you.

I haven’t actually had my house cleaned by this company, my review is based solely on the process leading up to my scheduled service.
I signed up for Tidy about a month ago but never completed my information, I was hesitant because of the Unilocal reviews. With Father’s day around the corner and a hectic work schedule for myself and my husband, I did it. I picked my service, 2.5 hours every two weeks, schedule my first appointment June 13^th at 11 am. Things were set, I spent the weekend napping, drinking, just being lazy (instead of cleaning). At 12:23 am, less than 12 hours before my appointment I receive a text and an email stating my «preferred» housekeeper was no longer available.
Lets start with the obvious, how can I have a «preferred» housekeeper if this was my first visit?
Second, why can they cancel with under 24 hours notice without penalty but clients cannot?
Third, why not just send someone else?
After reading the emails, I am already annoyed. I had scheduled myself as work from home for the purpose of being home when the housekeeper came. I wasted my weekend because I was counting on someone coming to clean. So, I logon to the site to «reschedule.» To my surprise (sarcasm) there was nothing available on my original date (Monday June 13), I had to wait until Thursday. Which keep in mind is too late, my parents are coming into town Thursday.
Long story short, I canceled my account with Tidy. If they are so irresponsible and unreliable on my first visit I have no faith in their cleaning abilities.
The more annoying part, besides the spam emails, is the reimbursement period. It took me emailing, canceling my membership, calling, and texting to get a response of when my $ 90 would be reimbursed. Just so you know, its 10 – 12 business days. It takes them about 10 minutes to charge your credit card but two weeks to give your money back, when they made the mistake.
With so many housekeeping companies out there, I would avoid this one. Clearly, I am not the only one with a horrible experience.

I am glad I hired TIDY before reading some of the reviews. I have had TIDY now for 3 months. I was on the 1 hr a week plan until recently. The first house keeper I had was super sweet and did a great job. As a single mom who works full time and has animals, my house can look like something of a train wreck sometimes. Obviously she couldnt clean the whole house in an hour, but she would help be get things to a manageable state. That house keeper took herself off the schedule (boo!) and I decided to change plans. I new housekeeper showed up today and did a fantastic job as well.
I have not really had to deal with customer service– I do most of my communication online, but for the price and the thoroughness of the cleaners, I am totally happy.

I live in the Phoenix area and received one of their flyers on my door. In a moment of desperation, I signed up and set up a service for today. After a truly terrible chat customer support experience yesterday and consistently waiting forever to get through on the phone (8 – 10 people in queue ahead of me when calling multiple times throughout the day) AND sending an angry email the night before my service, I cancelled my service 20 minutes prior. I was just so stressed about the whole experience. I have been a nervous wreck thinking, «did the cleaner get the notification? Will they still be in my house? How can I even notify anyone to be sure they got the notice?»
I should have done my research first, so shame on me. But this is a horribly set up program with equally terrible customer support.
STAY AWAY!

1. The Tidy cleaning lady showed up 20 minutes late
2. She hardly had any cleaning supplies
3. She vacuumed and that was the extent of the cleaning
There were dirty dishes left in the sink, my bathtub hadn’t been touched and it looked like she only cleaned the bathroom mirror and vacuumed. I have a 1 bedroom apartment but I work and go to school so my free time was limited. I was excited about the price and was hoping I wouldn’t compromise quality by trying Tidy, but I did. I’ll N E V E R use their services again.

WOW! I should have read these reviews BEFORE our complex recommended TIDY. I need to inform them NEVER to suggest TIDY to anyone. I agree with ALL the comments below on how TIDY is basically a money-​making scheme with no back up!
House-​cleaners are late.
Do a really inefficient job.
The company’s policy of refunding ONLY the first cleaning is RIDICULOUS at best — plus they don’t have a direct manager helpline! This goes to show that the company knows it’s follow up cleanings are below standard hence don’t refund.
I love the comment about taking the client’s money immediately and not refunding them when due — it is bang on true!!!
They need to better their policies or just get out of the game or somebody in the press needs to call out on them.
I doubt they even read their reviews, but hopefully if they do, they take into consideration what their CUSTOMERS are saying and do something about it.

I was so looking forward to the smell of a clean house. I had family coming and needed a good housecleaning.
Afterwards, I could barely even tell it had been cleaned. Such a disappointment– he vacuumed and didn’t even touch one of my bathrooms.

Let me just start by saying that the cleaning done in my home was excellent. The place looked great, and the price was good too.
HOWEVER:
1.) The housekeeper did not lock the door behind her. The door wasn’t even completely closed, leaving my home and everything in it completely unprotected.
2.) They make it sound super flexible when they say you can cancel a cleaning, but what they don’t tell you is that you’ll be billed for your next cleaning as soon as the first one is done, even if you’ve cancelled the one immediately after it! And instead of refunding you they will just apply it to your next cleaning unless you completely cancel the service, putting you in an endless loop of paying for cleanings.
3.) They took my money two weeks before a cleaning was even due to begin, and I cancelled my service and I’m being told that it takes them 7 – 10 days to refund the money, which is very interesting seeing as it only took them a day to TAKE the money, but whatever.
TL:DR: Don’t use Tidy. It’s a subscription trap to get you to keep paying for cleanings, and they are really slow to give you your money back.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I tried this company a few months back and felt like the person who cleaned did a good job. I was scheduled for a second appointment and no one showed up. Frustrated I called and immediately cancelled the service and received a refund.
Unfortunately I was lured in again and thought maybe I would give them second chance as their scheduling and pricing is convenient. Once again no one has shown up and I have already been charged for the service.
In my opinion, Tidy is steeling from me! I’ve already paid for a service that they have failed to provide.
I was willing to accept 30 minutes late as I live in the LA area and heck, traffic happens. I wrote an email and no one has responded to the email or called. After an hour late, I called in and spoke to a very rude individual who basically gave me no explanation and offered to reschedule for another date.
I find myself to be a reasonable person, and if someone would have just picked up the phone and provide melded some basic customer service and explained that they needed to reschedule or that the service was going to be late I could have accepted the situation. Instead the response was less than helpful. I am now waiting 20 minutes for someone to call me back to let me know if someone can be here at 2pm.
What a disappointment! If this company spent as much time providing good service as they do on the marketing maybe they would be worth more than zero stars.

While Veronica did an okay job cleaning my house, i must say I would have done a way better job. I have pets so to me a good sweeping is very important, so when i found dog hairs under the dinning room table I realized, well I guess they don’t move chairs.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY — THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY.
I ordered online the first service after speaking with one of their representative, I realized I would prefer the Tidy Plus. We ll my card was charged and charged again when they completed the actual service and again for the old Tidy plus service.
I called the next day to report the issue. This was on 4÷26÷2016. I sent emails with the charges and a screenshot from my bank.
I received a call from a pretty rude individual and she stated that they only could see 2 of the charges, but could not provide me with a credit. I asked for the supervisor and she said I couldn’t speak with her since her supervisor was the one who told her that she couldn’t give me any credit.
Well it is now May 14 and guess what, no one called, no one gave me a credit. Called my credit card company and reported as fraud.

The maid ‘rescheduled’ herself thus cancelling my appointment. That wouldn’t have been terrible if TIDY HAD LET ME KNOW! I got NO warning. NO email saying she wouldn’t be cleaning. NO way to rebook for the cleaning she missed.
Your service is absolutely terrible. What maid service allows their maids to cancel on a client, ESPECIALLY SINCE TIDY ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR THE CLEANING.

Yah… skip this one quickly. They are awful.

Don’t use. Their advertising is great. Their cleaning service sucks. First off, they don’t pick up the phone. Second, the cleaners goal is to get out of your house as fast as possible. And they only do a surface job.
Nothing kills a poor product faster than great advertising. They need to run their business as good as their flyer.

I have hired a TIDY cleaning girl to come help me out twice now.
The first girl did a pretty good job with the cleaning. She finished in less time than she needed, but spent the last of the time chatting with me. She told me that if she was me, I wouldn’t «let» my daughter play with Disney princesses and Barbies because that will «corrupt her». (and said this AS my daughter had her Elsa doll in her hand.) She said it in a very nice way, but come on.
Before she left, she filled me in on how much she dislikes working for this company and was only doing it to get clients for herself, then gave me her personal contact info. I get it. Good for her for hustling and trying to start up her own thing but I was already set on requesting a different girl because of the comments she made about my daughter’s interests.
The second lady who came was so sweet and nice. I actually really liked her! Ughh I hate saying this because she was so adorable but she didn’t clean very well. I actually had to REclean the house after she left just so that my husband wouldn’t be pissed about spending that money and the house looking exactly the same!
So, we stopped using this service.

TL;DR Tidy needs to treat housekeepers better and work on their automated platform.
Don’t blame the housekeeper. Tidy is a mess.
Maybe I’m naïve, but Tidy could rule if they tried harder. This business has tremendous potential and terrible execution.
I’ve been a weekly Tidy customer for several months now. The four housekeepers I’ve had are really amazing people. I’ve had to change housekeepers because of my schedule. All of them have «day jobs,» meaning they do Tidy to earn extra cash. You’re not hiring a cleaning «pro.» They’re all new to cleaning. They are completely trustworthy and work so hard.
There’s a reason housekeepers keep cancelling: This company is horrible to employees. The expectations for one person, especially a new employee, to clean perfectly and in a short amount of time are unreasonable. I’m terrified to know how much the employees get paid.
I think the employee scheduling is unreasonable. If there’s a traffic accident and the housekeeper is 15 minutes late, they cannot clean. The schedule is ridged. They have to skip that appointment and go on to the next.
Today our housekeeper accidentally broke an electric kettle. It was a matter of time before something broke, so I wasn’t angry. I assumed Tidy would cover the damage. Nope. It’s on the housekeeper:
«If you believe your Homekeeper made a mistake and caused damage to your home, use this form to request that your Homekeeper pay for damages… If we approve the claim to have the Homekeeper pay for the damages, and the Homekeeper is unable to pay, then TIDY will cover the damages.»
Also, don’t cancel your plan if you want a damage repaid. A Tidy chat person recommends «keeping your plan active in order to get this resolved, otherwise they will not accept the form. I am just following procedure and letting you know so you can get this situation fixed.»
Which brings me to the customer service. HORRIBLE. I think these employees are paid and trained very minimally. There’s no pride in this company. Everyone probably feels like a cog.
Lastly, the platform needs to be fully automated. Start an account to see how many times you’re prompted to call in. Pretty much every move beyond scheduling your first Tidy requires a phone call… to customer service… managed by people who are misinformed and underpaid.

I booked the service online and they did a great job when they came out.
I cancelled my second service (I was changing the date) and my card was still charged. I have attempted to contact the company several times but the phone line doesn’t accept messages and immediately disconnects after their greeting plays. They also don’t return emails…
Time to file a dispute with my credit card company…

I think Unilocal needs to redo their rating scale to allow for 0 stars! Tidy service is HORRIBLE! The employees are independent contractors with minimal cleaning skills. I bought into the service based on their flexibility, but found out I just wasted my hard earned money. Operators based in the east coast were great with customer service and very concerned with their ratings that you give the service on your account, but that is about it! 2 no shows and I’m done! Promises of «sorry for your inconvenience» and we will credit your account but no action. However they are quick to charge you for the next service before they even finish the first one!

This company is an example of how to NOT run a business. DO NOT USE THEM! Worst of the worst.
I have had consistently poor service from the people that come to my house, as well as useless «concierge» (aka customer service) people who do nothing to rectify the situation.
I just had my final visit today. I went to take the garbage out as I always do during the appointment, even though they should, I try to lighten their load. I made a phone call so I was gone for 10 – 20 minutes. When I came back up to my apartment she was sitting on my couch texting. I then went into my bathroom and realized she had done NO cleaning in there, so I started cleaning my own toilet. She saw me and apologized saying she must have missed the toilet, even though I can visually see she did nothing in there. I asked her if she cleaned the floors already and she claimed she did, I’m positive she did not! There’s dust and dog hair still on the floor, there is NO way she vacuumed. She then packed up to leave early, about 45 minutes into the appointment. I told her the appointment hasn’t reached an hour yet! She asked me if there was something else she should do? How does she think it’s okay to leave early? I paid for an hour. At that moment I knew I had to cancel this awful service.
I’ve also had more than one experience where with no notice the tidy rep didn’t show up, and you will be charged for the visit if you do not contact the «concierge». In February when this happened I waited on hold for 30 minutes to get the no show refunded, meanwhile I was able to email them and type up my entire complaint while on hold. When the «concierge» picked up she knew I was on hold that long and had already read my email – before taking my call! She offered me a $ 10 credit. So your hour clean is $ 45, but 30 minutes of my wasted time is worth $ 10!!! This company is a joke.

One star for the one time they came to my house and actually cleaned it! I was so excited to get a cleaning service since going back to work as a full time working mom. The first time they came was great. The second time they came I thought it must have been a different person! 2 ½ hour cleaning and there was crumbs on the floor, one toilet had been washed out of 3 and one tub had been scrubbed out of 2. Nothing had been dusted! There was a hair in the microwave! And she took a water spray bottle from the bathroom (probably misplaced it as one of her cleaning bottles!) Never again!

This company is a joke! Used them twice, first time they did a horrible job cleaning. Left dust everywhere, toothpaste in the sinks, and didn’t clean under the toilet seats. Second time they came, they stole a large amount of money from my dresser. Police were notified.
Tidy states they are NOT liable for theft!!! Good indicator right there of the type of people they hire.

If their cleaning is anything like the litter they leave all over my neighborhood, then these guys must SUCK.

After a year of service, the service no-​showed several times weeks in a row with no warning (they claim they emailed, but I never received any) and of course, they still billed. Working on that refund. So if you are looking for a reliable housekeeper… keep looking!

I would like to amend my review based on recent experience.
The last couple of housekeepers I have had made a lot of mistakes. One of them left three bottles of her cleaner in my house! One of them missed the downstairs bathroom both times which was really frustrating! I did complain in my review back to TIDY and they gave my account a small credit to apply to a future cleaning.
I ended up rescheduling a cleaning less than 24 hours before (which was not ideal, but I had to get to the doctor urgently so it couldn’t be helped.) I knew that I might incur a cancellation fee, but what really irked me was that I could not find whether or not I would incur this and what the amount might be ANYWHERE! The website didn’t tell me I would incur a fee when I cancelled, and I searched my email and the site for a «terms of service» type document that might indicate this and I just couldn’t find this anywhere. I emailed the customer service and FOUR days later, they informed me that they’d charged my credit card $ 40 for cancelling my TIDY+ cleaning on short notice. I think this is not acceptable. It’s fine to charge your customer a fee for this, but the website should really let you know somewhere what’s going on, or at least send you an email letting you know that you’re being charged in this case! And to let me know four days later is a little ridiculous.
I cancelled my service and already received house cleaning recommendations from friends that are also cheaper than TIDY, so I’m going to give those a try instead.

Stop leaving your trash thrown in my planters. I don’t need first hand experience to see that this company is unprofessional. People have mail boxes so they can throw the stuff away not pick TIDY flyers out of their yards and gardens!

I don’t know what makes me angrier — the fact that here I am, still convalescing from surgery and cleaning a house that was supposedly «cleaned» a week ago by a Tidy «professional»; or the fact that I gave Tidy a second chance after the exact same experience a couple of months ago.
Tidy is one of these «new», «disruptive» online businesses that forget that online booking/​convenience is just part of the story. A small part, in this case. The quality, demeanor and dedication to the job at hand of the contractors is the major part in this particular industry, and the folks that Tidy has been sending out into their clients’ homes are, at best, sloppy and uninterested; at worst, possibly dangerous.
Buyer, beware. I definitely learned my lesson.

This company has been a nightmare! I can go on and on but will stick to the highlights! First I was attracted by their fancy well marketed door post left on my front porch they offered 3 services. I signed up for the midrange. I also have a service dog who is an Australian labradoodle who is a s sweet as they come.
1. First cleaning person came and did a good job while I was there. Second cleaning house was a mess and a note left on the counter saying hope it’s good enough! Trash was sitting in the middle of my floor and as I sped away to go to work I saw she had 3 friends sitting in her car obviously waiting for her to hurry up and go party or something. She ended up being fired by tidy. They had an interim person come the next day to fix.
2. Next set cleaner came and she was amazing and was with us for a couple of months and I got a call 2 days before the scheduled cleaning that she was not available for the next cleaning and we got an interim to fill in her absence. I get a call later on the cleaning day from the home keeper who was frantic and told me there was a dog in my house. My responses was I know he lives there it’s his house. She said dogs are not supposed to be in the house and hangs up. I get a manger on the phone and she explains she saw her friend get bit by a dog who was cleaning a house the day before. I had another interim cleaner come the next day.
3. Our set cleaner is back as usual and then she quits but she notified us. We were bummed and get a new house cleaner. She came twice and tells us the she is new and is going to be a supervisor as well. She was supposed to arrive today for her set cleaning time and I go into their app. to leave notes and it says I have to set a new cleaning schedule as the original cleaning person is no longer available? I call and inquire what’s going on again and I am told that they did not have a ticket in their system to call me and that there is no one available and hangs up the phone. I call back to cancel and they could care less.
These again are the highlights. One cleaner warped our wood floors and they also charge you 2 weeks ahead of time for a cleaning that may never happen. As it is it is going to take 5 – 10 days to get my money back. Total management nightmare. I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO MANAGE SOMEONE ELSES CLEANING BUSINESS! Total scam of a business.

Bad news, this company has spread its litter all the way from Costa Mesa to Pasadena.
They trashed the outside of my Pasadena apartment building with multiple unwanted spam flyers. THEY LITERALLY JUST TOSSED A HANDFUL OF FLYERS ON THE GROUND.
Isn’t it ironic that they’re advertising «cleaning» services? I think they should come back and pick up their own mess they left on our property. For free.

I would NOT recommend this service. Cleaned half my house, said «I’ll get done what I can» didn’t sweep properly left a huge pile of dog hair under my couch. Didn’t even wipe down bathtub or shower in the main floor master bedroom. Not worth it! Sounds good, they don’t deliver quality. I’m going back to my old cleaning company!

Hot mess. I booked a first time appointment, in hopes that they would be the solution to my absurdly busy schedule. Appointment was at 2p on Friday. I was here. Waiting. Patiently. 2:05p rolls around. I check phone for missed message (my front door rings my phone for entry), nothing. 2:15p, nothing. 2:20p I decide to call their service to see if my person is just running late. Sat on hold for 5 min. Finally a lovely woman answers and discovers that my person tried to dial me and couldn’t gain access. Which is utterly implausible, as I had my phone in hand the entire time.
Then she calls the cleaning person to see if they are near. Nothing. Then she has to go to her supervisor to make sure she can refund me my $ 90 for the service that was not ever performed. Oh and the fact that I was NEVER EVEN CONTACTED when they couldn’t gain access to my apt. Not via phone. Not via email.
How they are making this a business is beyond me. I cancelled my account. Good luck.

I find it ironic that a cleaning company decided to advertise by littering in my yard. Uppon my arrive home from work today, I found not one but TWO of these fliers laying on my yard and my walkway up to my stairs. If they are too lazy to take three more steps to politely put their crappy spam into my mailbox, why should I expect them to put any effort into cleaning my home? I can see from other reviews that I was not off the mark on that one. Keep your trash to yourself and find a better way to get your name out in a POSSITIVE manner.

Wow… where do I begin! Received a flyer at front door advertising their house cleaning services… and thought… hey, think I will treat myself!!! Now, I keep a very clean house, but thought it would be nice to have a pro come in and really make it sparkle… with great cleaning supplies and methods… coming home to a house fresh and clean!
The saga begins… first scheduled housekeeper did not show up (a week ago), and no one called me or emailed me to tell me that they would not be cleaning my home on appointed day. When I called I was told by TIDY «we have had problems with him not showing up before» and they gave me a $ 50 credit to my account. I had ordered the TIDY+…$ 75 and up to 2.5 hours of cleaning… LOL…lets see what I got!
So, today was the big day! They gave me a «good» housekeeper after the first no show!!! Had given them a list of items to address, with priorities, with cleaning the baseboards and cobwebs from corners and sills near the top of the list… bathrooms, dust, floors, vacuum. I even removed the kids bedrooms (vac only) and office from the list of cleaning!
Well, came home to clean bathroom counters and mirrors, and kinda clean window sills (well, not really… see pics), but seriously NOTHING… I mean NOTHING else was done!!! Cobwebs in corners and below window sills, uncleaned floors, kitchen untouched (except they put my clean dishes sitting on drying pad into the dishwasher… huh?), unvacuumed living room, dusty TV and surfaces, none of end tables even wiped down (see pics) I don’t even think they cleaned my toilet! Now the kicker… I had a small housecleaning service in early years of college (and made great $$) and honestly the amount of work done was maybe an hour… maybe…doubtful.
From best I can figure this is an Internet site, likely in another city, hiring local cleaners and representing themselves as a real company!!!
I strongly recommend you find a true local cleaning service, ask for references, and a local address… will NEVER let TIDY in my home again!!! DO NOT USE TIDY!!!
2÷8÷15 — After calling to ask why I had rated them so low on their internal website, I requested and received a full refund of all monies paid to TIDY. They also offered to send a now third housekeeper to clean my house, which I declined.

Beware! I should have checked Unilocal first before using this company. First Tanya, the cleaning person was late. I told her to clean the bathroom first. Who in the world would clean the bathroom with the socks on??? She did’t even clean the stove until I told her so. For 2 ½ hours, she only cleaned 1 ½ bathroom, my kitchen counter and somewhat the stove.
I thought based on their flyers, the quality of their workers would be great but I am very, very disappointed. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!

How this place has 2.5 stars? I never know!
I got suckered into their super cool flier like the rest of you.
I picked their least expensive option to save some time .
I have a combined living /​kitchen /​etc. I said I want you to clean the windows and all the dog hair. Thats it!
She had just one job and couldn’t even do that. There is still dog hair everywhere. What did she do in that hour? I will never know.
Don’t use this place. Save your money.

One star for trying to trick us into believing they have 5 star rating by creating thier own 5 star web page removing and disallowing any negative reviews.
Come on Unilocal brought this to your attention and you say its ok, really!
