Always a helpful staff. Manny in the garden center helped me tons today. I took a lot of his time and he was patient and laughing with me.

Worst service waited for a long time after a call for someone to help in the dept. Fukin waste of time and none of the employees i grabbed knew shizzle about anything of course so it was a nightmare and their stock doesnt carry much either :(super gayballs

I never write reviews on Unilocal.But, this is hands down one of the dirtiest and most unkept Home Depots I’ve ever been too. I don’t know if it’s just California but the ones in the Midwest are way better kept and cleaned up. It was even hard to find a parking spot there were so many carts in the parking lot. Not to mention the item I got didn’t have the necessary hardware in the box and they did a ghetto ass tape job. I assume another person returned it and they through it right back on the shelf. It was the only left so I had to get it. I will drive to the Home Depot on MacArthur before coming back to this one.

Great store with great people, but a special shout-​out for Jazie who greeted us enthusiastically when we entered the store and exhibited uncommon concern to be sure we found what we were looking for which, in this case, was Garden Defense Action Owls. She knew exactly where they were but double-​checked with a nearby staff person, just to be sure. Oh, how I wish all my retail encounters could be like that, with someone who is genuinely interested in providing exceptional service with a smile and an upbeat nature. Yay for Jazie!

Very poor layout of merchandise, the plumbing items are all over the place. I was in recently and one isle was closed for 45 – 60 min during peak hours 10am to put stock in upper storage racks. Most stores do this in the evenings or off hours or very quickly. I watched the guy take a break up there, or else he had a brain fart and just stood up there taking in the view. I finally asked a manager to speed it up and they came down.
During check out I was so fed up I let the cashier do her thing without my assistance, boy that was brutal, total attitude and was tossing the items about even broke a tile, I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to deal with this store anymore. I go because it’s next to a job site but I would never go for personal shopping
There are some knowledgable staff there but it does not make up for the overall experience. For the rest of the job I went down the street to ace hardware, what a difference, I paid a few cents more but the aggravation was gone and worth it. I would have paid several dollars more to avoid the aggravation of this Home Depot

Customer service line has 15 people waiting and they hired one college girl to handle it. This store has to have the dumbest managers on earth.

Absolutely awful customer service. Tried to get help getting some wood pieces cut and multiple employees avoided me and my husband without helping after we asked.

Hey Unilocal… Get it together Home Depot has always changed closing time with daylight savings. So Home Depot closes at 9pm currently until spring when time changes again then Home Depot moves the closing time to 10pm. Update your website to match Home Depot’s.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Gilda «the garden goddess» in the nursery section. She is the most positive and enjoyable person and in the short time I spent at the store she brightened my day and made many customers smile. She is helpful and great at her job. I’d come back to this location just to see her again. Thanks for spreading some sunshine on a rainy day, Gilda!

I went looking for a large marker to write words for the kids music at my church.
it was 7:15 am. now were else was open.
They did not carry them. But Jessica # 606 said. here you can have mine.

This store is one of the worst I have called and the phone routing is the worst you can ever have to deal with just trying to get to a department within the store.

Rented a truck from Jason. He was so nice with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this Home Depot. We will definitely rent a truck here again if needed. Thanks Jason !

It’s OK, typical Home Depot. I’d give it a lower review but I was there on a weekday morning and came with a puppy, which all the ladies loved. If it wasn’t for that, I’d probably be ignored and gotten worse service. But I didn’t so what the hell.

Home Depot says thank you to our veterans. Today I was given 10% off by showing my ID. But I was also given a special place to park dedicated to say thank you to our veterans for the service they have given to our country. This Home Depot is so extraordinary that I can’t go anywhere else, I come to this store for the amazing service that is offered by A. George Murray B. Joe Goodman C. I will only accept help from those two, they are incredibly knowledgable in every department at the store and always make sure I leave with the right necessities for my projects!
I love this store and the jubilant atmosphere that follows it. I’m always enjoying the social interactions with the employees and have never had a bad experience at this store. I am extremely impressed with this stores enthusiasm for sales!
Well besides the lumber department they seem very uninterested in helping people but that’s another story for another time. This review is to acknowledge George Murray as a incredible associate with a humble demeanor. As long as he is here my money and projects will be done through here.

I hate to admit this only because I work for a competitor but I had amazing service at this location. I needed a part for a client that we didn’t carry, and everything from me being directed to the right department to getting help from people there was on point :)

Super easy to find parking, and the neighborhood is heavily Hispanic so it’s also relatively easy to find a low-​budget «helper» if you need assistance from an unemployed handyman.
Every Home Depot has always been a bit of a mixed blessing for me, and this location is no different. On the one hand, it almost ALWAYS has the tool or the part I need for a relatively low cost. On the other hand, finding that part is almost IMPOSSIBLE unless I ask a helpful Home Depot employee for help. The organization structure doesn’t seem to make any sense whatsoever. Why are air filters in the plumbing section? Don’t ask… just accept that an employee can direct you in the right direction.
…if you can FIND an employee… AND if that employee happens to be an expert in that area of Home Depot. It’s so big, that even the employees sometimes can’t help, since any employee can only really know 3 of the 50 aisles really well.
That being said, I’ve never really had too much of an issue flagging down employees.

Commercial Home Depot Located on MacArthur St.
I usually go to this location because they have a larger selection. I was on a Mission to buy some plants for the patio and I was looking for advice and recommendation.
I wanted a hanging basket and piratical flower that then when they grow they hang over the side. I asked one of the gardening workers if they carried flowers like that and he said no. I said are you sure and he said didn’t know. Then I asked him a bunch of other soil and fertilizer questions and again didn’t know anything.
It’s very frustrating going into a gardening section and the employee not having a clue of any of the plants.
I ended up just guessing on a lot of what I wanted and it all worked out but it’s a good idea to know exactly what you want before you go there because they people who work there and no help.
