Wifi here is super weak, drops out every couple minutes. Service was slow despite being almost empty. Passion fruit sweet tea is extremely sweet FYI.

Walked in, had to pee. So I walked towards the restroom. Before I even got to the door a condescending lady tells me «excuse me, the restroom is for customers only»
Yeah. I realize the social custom of buying something when you use the restroom. I intended to buy something. However after that I will stick with Starbucks. Never seen that sort of behavior from their employees.

I was pretty happy when I found out there was a coffee bean near my house because I find it to be much better quality than Starbucks. The people that work here are so professional and so nice. The drinks are always delicious and they have never messed my order up. Im really giving 5 stars though for the service. Take that Starbucks!

Jerika and her employees are sweet, genuine, and friendly. My first time here I ordered a large moroccan mint iced tea with light ice and they made my drink to perfection. On my most recent visit I ordered a large hot moroccan mint tea with steamed lemonade at a drinkable temperature.
Jerika came out and shook my hand when she met me; The staff here makes your visit personable and makes you feel special. They also make a great to ensure you feel appreciated and ensure you have a great visit.
I will most definitely recommend this Coffee Bean to my friends and family.

This review is mainly for the service! Bailey at the cash register helped me to choose a drink that would accommodate for my lactose-​ness. She was so helpful and really put her knowledge of all the different drinks they had to find me one i would be interested in. I haven’t had the drink yet but i was so pleased with the service and would come back just because of that. Thank you Bailey!

I frequent coffee bean multiple times a week. This is by far the worst coffee bean I have ever been to. The floor was filthy, the tables and chairs were strayed around any which way, they were clearly understaffed.

In terms of the drinks on-​offer, CBTL isn’t my favorite chain, but it’s up there. Their tea selection definitely beats Starbucks (they even have a DELICIOUS Oolong), and that’s really all I’m into these days.
This location in particular is one of the better ones in the area. A little cramped, sure, but I like the environment. It’s cosy, the staff are polite, and the noise level is low enough that you can sit and actually enjoy a conversation with a friend.

Indeed, I too was accosted by an old homeless woman outside this coffee bean and it’s my first time ever there. I was a bit frightened. It was the only coffee bean by my shitty motel. Service is fine kind of slow making drinks but sure won’t be stopping by again

worse customer service ever period!!!
If I could I would of chose 0 stars.
my husband tried to use the restroom around 8:00pm, he was rudely told it was closed. I felt so rush to order my drinks. my drink were not right at all. two more customers arrived after we did, same thing one of them just shake his head side to side of the bad attitude, yet is not a very expensive drink my money still well worth and if you are not happy about your job then find what you really like to do, give someone else the blessing of having a job and appreciate it.
and last I asked for one of my drinks to be fixed his answer was this is what you ask for… playing to be smart ass. He gladly handed me a business card to call and complaint. I ask if he was the manager and turning his back at me said Yes.

First time at Coffee Bean (because I don’t live near one) and it was a great experience! I had to go pick up some coffee for a conference and decided to try a tea. Tynishia easily recommended both a coffee and tea to me (hazelnut latte and blood orange tea) and I love the blood orange! I could have it a little less sweet but I realized it’d be perfect after the ice melts down a bit. I also forgot my ID but she was very kind about it. Another barista also helped me carry out the coffee to my car and was very kind too (I forgot to grab his name). Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area!
**Just because it’s a coffee shop and not a restaurant, doesn’t mean you can’t tip! Tipped $ 3 because of the friendly staff!

Coffee is always good but it can take a while. Workers are usually messing around and talking more than working. Doesn’t help that the gym is next door to keep it extra crowded. Avg coffee wait 8 minutes. Don’t be running late when coming here.

I’ve been to a lot of cbtl’s and this one may be one of the worst when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom was especially unpleasant. They should be cleaning and re-​stocking supplies regularly.
The staff was very friendly and the service was good which is why I bumped them up to a three star review.

I used to love this location, but I refuse to come back because I have been harassed by homeless men every time I go here. I’m not 100% sure, but I think this spot is «homeless friendly» because there are always homeless inside the store drinking coffee or using the bathroom.
I actually decided to come back to this location this week and immediately drove away after seeing EIGHT homeless loitering right in front of the door (see my photo). Sucks because this is one of the only coffee beans in the area!

Just today,
I ordered a CAFE LATTE and got a Mocha Latte or perhaps a hot chocolate. When my drink was called out she said is was a CAFE LATTE and I didn’t taste to see if even the most simple drink was made correctly. Debating whether I should go back and give them the beverage since I did not drink it. Don’t know if she was new or stupid.
