Managed to find 4 which were the perfect height; and much cheaper than the Internet!
Tyler is very knowledgable and sorted us out a great price on a fire pit. Cheaper than anywhere else!

We used Summerset for a prefabricated BBQ that was apart of a larger project that my company did. I made the mistake of submitting a design that was 6″ taller than my customer had wanted. Went to Summerset after looking at all the typical patio stores. From the moment that I entered I knew that this store was where I would find everything that I needed. We just purchased a new home and were looking for an island and several seating areas. Fisher Harwell, the sales associate was great! He provided information but was not pushy at all. I would recommend this store for the high quality but competitive prices.

Summer set super store has the best selection of everything you need for your patio. We just had a patio added to the front of our home and needed the right conversation piece. Fisher Harwell was our Sales Associate. He was very helpful and friendly. They have very high quality and unique products. When we return, will will be sure to ask for Fisher.

Hey we’ve been stalking this place for a awhile to get a fire pit for our patio. We finally decided on a set and took it home and now the patio looks a great place to hang out even on cooler nights. I know; just another five star setup. But it’s true. Save yourself a lot of time and money; just come here. Huge selection of patio furnishings, grills and islands. Service is great and the prices can’t be beat. I bought a complete patio set last year and just got a new grill (my Turbo died after 20 years). i have referred friends and family and all have been very pleased. Tyler is the MAN!

First, let me start out by saying that when I saw all the five star reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I mean, this could only be the work of friends or relatives or owners of Summerset Superstore. I am happy, no, ecstatic to report that they deserve each and everyone of those stars and I would gladly rate them higher if I could. After weeks of researching the BBQ world, only to be disappointed by poor customer service, inflated prices and mediocre products, Ron was a breath of fresh air. His professionalism, knowledge and candor made selecting the right grill and island a pleasant and rewarding experience. Ron listened to our needs and concerns as we were in the market for a unique design that seemed to be beyond other BBQ dealer’s capabilities. No excuses, no complaints, just a «can do» attitude as Ron guided the design of our island with the skill and precision of a masterful artist. We are so, so happy with the end product that I would highly recommend Ron and his team at Summerset to the most discriminating customer.

We went in looking for a fire pit. Nice big showroom with a good selection of patio furniture, BBQ grills, smokers and fire pits. We didn’t see the right pit, and would have left with nothing, if Tyler didn’t approach us. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us a few things. We shared our wish list and after he got a good idea of what we wanted, he told us to come to his design room and he would see what he could come up with. He drew a picture and showed us many fire tube, surface material and fire glass choices. He designed just what we wanted on the spot! It was just what we wanted and fairly priced for a custom piece so we ordered it on the spot.
He calle dot schedule a delivery and was very communicative. The only reason we don’t give the company 5 stars is because the delivery guys were terrible. They delayed twice, and made my wife wait for 6 hours. They assembled the fire pit and broke the latch on the tank door. They said it was fine, but my wife was not buying it. They gave her a hard time as she would not sign the form stating that «she was satisfied» and said they could do nothing to help her. Wisely my wife called Tyler and he apologized profusely. He came over himself and replaced the door with no questions asked. When we realized that we had made a mistake not ordering the glass around the pit area, he ordered it for us and then delivered it himself after work hours. Tyler Williams was the best and salvaged the experience.

We purchased our Summerset Grill at a home show in Ventura over 3 years ago… and the burners corroded and failed. Rather than just sell me a new set (over $ 200), Tyler went out of his way to explain there was a lifetime guarantee on the parts and that all I needed to do is go online and register then request a warranty service on the parts… for FREE. He didn’t have to do that… that is truly the sign of superior service and a company that stands behind their products. I will strongly recommend Summerset Grills (& their Superstore) to all my friends and family. BTW, the parts showed up less than two days later without even a shipping charge. What fantastic service and integrity.

I know you get skeptical when you see 5 star reviews one after the other, I know I do. Do they all work for the store? Did there family members write the reviews? Well all I can tell you is that I’m not either one of those. They have a wonderful selection of outside furniture, patios sets, BBQ’s, umbrellas and fire sets. Compared to the other places we went to this was far and away the best outdoor furniture store we visited. Well stocked with so many different products, if you need anything for your backyard or patio, this is the place. Great customer service and friendly sales people! We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be back if we need anything else for our patio or backyard.

Summerset has so many reputable brands of outdoor furniture and the showroom is packed with couches, chairs, swivel chairs, rockers, umbrellas and umbrella stands, barbecues, fireplaces, and more! It’s the place to go if you like to sit in your outdoor furniture before purchasing it. The owners are brothers. Ron and Dan are are helpful and really know every detail about their products. They have the answers to all your questions. If you are a designer or a general consumer this is the place to go!

Tyler provided excellent customer service. He is very knowledgable about BBQs. He helped us select the right product, gave us the best price and took time to deliver himself and inspect the product to make sure everything is in working order.

I recently stopped by here to check out some grills and see what my options were for my budget. After looking around and asking a thousand questions about grills to Tyler, he was able to point me in the right direction and I picked up a 32″ Sizzler with an infrared sear burner for an awesome price.
I would definitely recommend checking this place out, they have tons and tons of grills and also patio furniture.
