It’s always nice to come to this Starbucks location although there is 2 inside the mall due to the fact that it doesn’t get too too crazy. They may have the occasional rush and busy times, but not only do I get a discount if you work at the mall, there is a nearby bathroom as well as available chairs and table to sit on.
However, if you come to this Starbucks location to get a refill on your coffee or tea, even if you have your Starbucks rewards card, you will still have to pay the $.50 fee to refill (not a big deal, but they do add up)

The restroom door closer is very bad, an accident is about to happened and the employees don’t even care about it

Every single time I come to this location it’s a mess! Trash on the floor, dirty tables and flies in the pastry case.
I come here for my coffee fix while shopping. I think I’m going to stop coming here because the last 2 times they didn’t make my Caramel Macchiatto right.
So sad. :(

Terrible Service:
Employees are slow, rude, and unprofessional. I have gone to many Starbucks throughout the years. The girls here did not seem to know what they were doing. They took a long time to do each drink. And once the drinks were ready they would just place them on the counter. They place the drinks with attitude, did not say thank you and didn’t make any eye contact. I asked for an extra cup with ice and the girl said ok and walked away. After she did several things I asked for the cup again and she went to get the cup. She came back slammed it on the counter and walked away.
This is the worst service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks. Usually Starbucks employees are polite and helpful.

Service was okay. Not an actual Starbucks location so I couldn’t earn stars using my Starbucks card. My drink (venti peach green tea) took more than 10 minutes to come out and tasted much more bitter than normal. Barista looked all over the place and disorganized. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the full Starbucks location in South Coast Plaza next to the sears.

Hidden Starbucks in the Macy’s between the Men’s and Women’s side. Less crowded than the one near Sears because no one knows about it, so shhh.

I stopped here on my way up to LA. This location is just inside the South Coast Plaza Mall next to the Claim Jumper Restaurant. There is really no room to sit inside but they offer a few tables just outside the store. The service was good and pretty friendly. The line was very short and they did a good job in making my drink (the usual Grande Mocha). I would go back but I imagine on a busy weekend, it’s probably pretty busy because of mall traffic.

I am not a coffee drinker, but I enjoy their Tazo Iced Passion Tea and always grab the biggest one that I can any time that I am near one. This location was clean and neat and the team member who took my order was polite and nice.
