Bad service. We came in 10 minutes before closing time and the barista said «we close in 10 minutes and there is NO way I’m making another pot of coffee… Is Americano okay?» Whatever. Take your sass somewhere else. Payback was 10 more people walked in after us!

This Starbucks is the worst. Every time I come here there are multiple people chatting behind the register and ignoring everything else going on in the store. Today I walked in and there were 4 people standing behind the register talking and no one making drinks or attending to the bar. Even the gentleman next to me acknowledged the same thing. This has happened time and time again

HORRIBLE service!!! came in waited several minutes to order with no one else in line. I finally order. 15 minutes later I ask if my drink was called and the girl at the counter charges me but never processed my cup. NO Apologoes! I asked for my money back and got a rude attitude! Stay away from this place!!!

Words can’t describe the disdain I feel towards this Starbucks location by far the WORST ATTITUDES I have ever come across I have been in here several times and all the guys are nice most of the mid day shift is cool the the night crew is the most helpful and makes the best drinks but the morning crew is awful just go to another Starbucks there’s a petite blonde always wears her hair in a ponytail so rude she has rolled her eyes at me several times and to get her to go in the back to look for something specific is like sending her to the dentist the coffee master kaitlyn by far the most disgusting attitude I told her I had a reward that was refunded back to me she is like well I don’t see it and I can’t just give you a free drink! Like really why would I lie I come her everyday what’s a 2.49 cent drink to you to make the customer happy unbelievable!!! Annoying grow up!

This use to be our go to Starbucks for years. My husband and I together and separately were in 2 to 3x per day… and this is not exaggerating! Not anymore. (We now go to Pete’s coffee off 17th, which they are extremely friendly or Keens coffee also off 17th) They keep changing the staff and they are now slower than ever and they are not friendly. They act like you are bothering them. The older blonde lady who appears to be the manager gets frazzled when there is more than 2 people in line and if she’s making the drinks forget it. She can only make one at a time. It’s actually disappointing because the old staff knew us by name, knew our drinks and always welcomed us when we walked in. Those days are gone. If you don’t mind a rude staff and/​or waiting 30 minutes for one drink than this is your Starbucks.

I never have issues with ordering my coffee unless it’s at this café. My barista was rude and over charged me for a drink I order all the time. I usually don’t write bad reviews but this has been the 4th time it has happened to me. Convenient coffee isn’t the best coffee experience, unfortunate.

Without fail, this store seems to always be the longest wait, with hardly any people. Not to be rude, I normally have a lot of patience with people, but when the barista is blatantly rude and trying to not help customers, that’s when I get annoyed.
Yesterday, three people ahead of me and one barista was helping make drinks and ring them up; mind you, there was an employee who was sweeping the lobby, who kept looking over, as if he knew he should be there. Also, a man was standing to the side on his phone. That was one thing. Next the barista could tell we were all getting Ancy, but kept just asking ridiculous questions to the man in the front, to keep him happy for a $ 2 tip.
This is ridiculous and ironically, not the first time this has happened at this store. The employees just don’t seem to care much, and don’t seem to want to be there.

We stopped by to pick up coffee and tea for the family. The cashier asked me how I wanted the iced tea. It was for my daughter-​in-​law and I didn’t know how she took it. So I called her but she didn’t pick up. The cashier was new and I am not a Starbucks regular so we were bumbling around. Another cashier came up to the counter to help the other customers and Caroline came up to help me and the new cashier. She recommended to get the sweet syrup on the side for the iced tea and we were done and on our way within minutes. Caroline was very efficient, professional and friendly. I would definitely stop by that Starbucks again! Thank you Caroline!

This is my usual Starbucks and it’s pretty good in general, I was surprised today with a new employee, I wish she had a name tag on so I could mention it here!
She was not friendly at all, not even this but she made me feel unwelcome .I get my coffee here for about 8 month now. and I feel so bad going to the next Starbucks on the 17th because I had this rude unprofessional experience here!

The location is in a nice area, and is visable. The service is great and the service was fast, they had birthday cake pops usually there out when I try to order them. the seating area is not as clean and the restroom was pretty gross as well. In general I would say they need to work on the cleanliness of the environment, but there service is fast.

Convenient location on the way home from the beach. We’ve stopped here few times and the coffee is pretty good. The staff seem to always be busy so there isn’t much chit chat or pleasantries. At times, it’s not necessary… I guess.
