If I could rate Dan and Chris higher, I would. I called on Dan to remove our old TV, install our new Samsung curved TV; program our universal remote, move and install the old TV in our bedroom. Dan and Chris arrived right on time as scheduled. They were courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable patient and efficient. The new TV, the reinstall of the old and the programming was done in a timely manner. Dan updated Pandora for me; gave me a tutorial on how to operate it through my smart phone. They didn’t leave until I was sure on the operations. The price was right. I will refer them whenever I can, and of course, use them again if necessary.

Daniel did all he said he would and then some. I had problems with my cable system and my wi-​fi. He also was very helpful in giving recommendations on improving my cell reception.
I now have coverage throughout my multistory home in all the rooms.
He quoted a price and stayed at that price even with little odd things my wi-​fi and entertainment system was doing. Even when my cable company came out 3 days later to install new equipment changing all he had done. He came back out and fixed the problem.

My wife and I recently had Danny and his team install an indoor and outdoor home audio system. As usual with home projects that cost thousands of dollars your guard is up instantly when you’re interviewing contractors trying to find the right one for you.
The moment we met with Danny the first thing that hit us was his calm demeanor. He was very patient explaining the options that would make sense for us and let us «build our own» version from there and he was very transparent about costs and timelines. Never being too pushy and really doing a great job answering questions.
I’m always seeking a good deal but never wanting to sacrifice quality. With Danny my wife and I felt we got both.
He was always on time with his crew and everyone was polite and cleaned up every day they finished.

I highly recommend Sound Advice. Danny and Brad provided next-​level solutions for a difficult house with multiple levels, corners and distances, testing current cable runs throughout the house, and incorporated commercial networking access points — something we’ve been asking for from multiple providers without success. They replaced a Mac-​based system that was giving us strong signals, but dropping us as we would move between zones in the house previously.
They came on a weekend, and committed to making sure we were connected before leaving. Even though they stayed well into the evening on a difficult job, finding new equipment to replace our faulty equipment.
Don’t waste time and money with Geeks or anyone who aren’t committed to making sure your wifi and home networking is set up correctly with the right equipment, and at a competitive price. This is small business entrepreneurship that deliver well above employee-​minded larger providers.

Danny and his crew are amazing. If you’re looking for home or business tv installations, they are definitely the ones to contact. From the time we spoke with Danny on the phone to get this job scheduled, to him giving us the Quote, to the day the tv’s were installed, everything was done perfectly. They were ontime, professional, and very knowledgeable. They installed 6 tv’s in our dental office and evrything was done in a very timely fashion. They even did a great job cleaning up after. I called these guys after shopping around. The first couple places I called gave me quotes and I could tell they were jacking up the prices. Danny answered the phone and told me he had time and he could come and give me an estimate within the hour. He was right on time, Danny knew that I needed to get my system installed within a couple of days because of my move in schedule. He was honest and said he didn’t think it was possible but when he got to my house and gave me the quote he said that he would move some things around and could do the install for me the SAME DAY! That was awesome! Danny didn’t try to up sell me, he designed a system that fit my needs.
After we agreed upon the system, he left and came back an hour later (as promised) with another team member and started the install. They were super professional and made sure they did the install as clean as possible, it was like they weren’t even there. After installing my amazing system, Danny took his time to program my remote and teach me how to use everything. It’s not often that you get service like this.
I am definitely gonna be calling these guys again to do my upstairs bedroom and backyard. Danny and his team are the real deal.

I bought a new 50 inch TV and called Danny at Sound Advice to install on my wall. Not only did he set a time convenient for me, he completed the job within 2 hours. He even installed my digital box that Cox sent me at no extra charge. I could not have asked for better service than what I received from these guys. And to top it off, he said I could call him when ever I had a question/problem.Can’t ask for more than that. I’m a very happy customer.

I was in search of a contractor to mount two of my televisions and do all of the in-​wall wiring. I came across Sound Advice on Unilocal after reaching out to several contractors and it was an easy decision to go with them right from the start! Danny was there to answer all of my detailed questions and I knew based on that, he was the right man for the job! And it also helped that his quotes were totally reasonable.
From the initial call, I was able to schedule an appointment for a couple of days later. Him and his helper, Chris, showed up right on time. It was raining that day, so I was concerned they might be late, but that wasn’t the case.
They came in and got right into the job. These guys knew what they were doing — it was clear they had done thousands of these installs. They were able to mount a 70″ tv with all the wires hidden in about an hour.
Next, they did the tv in our master bedroom and ran into what would have been a challenge if I had done the job myself but it was nothing to them. Danny is an outside-​the-​box thinker and found solutions throughout the entire install. This is really important for the type of work that he does since you never know what’s behind walls.
Aside from the excellent customer service, efficient and clean install, competitive pricing, they were just down right good people. So for those of you thinking about hiring them, don’t think twice!

These guys are just plain and simple, AWESOME.
I’ve had my share of bad luck with contracted help and these guys gave me hope. Let me just give those out there reading this the bullet points of the service they provided:
1^st– Timely: Danny and his crew came out within 2 days to get the job done.
2^nd– Helpful: They were able to pick up the other items associated with the job that I didn’t have before they got over here and if I didn’t have it when they got here and started doing the work, they had what I needed.
3^rd– Malleable: When installing, they paid attention to aesthetics and what I as a homeowner was looking for to get the job done but to also make it look clean and let me know what they would do in my situation…
4^th– Advisory: They provided me with advise and knowledge of why they were doing things, what needed to be done, what the standards are, and how they would do it given the space. HUGE help for a first time homeowner with no idea of how these things work.
5^th– Cleanly: I’ve had contractors come and just THRASH my house and leave it filthy. Danny had drop cloths and a mini vac to make sure it looked like they were never there.
6^th– Fairly priced. Very competitive on costs. And finally…
7^th– Great Work: They did a GREAT job. My TVs, sound bars, etc. are mounted where we wanted them (although in odd spots to those who look at the pictures) and they look seamless.
Highly highly recommend Sound Advise and when I move into my forever home, they’ll be the first I call to do the installations throughout my home.

Danny is a pro! I’ve had Danny do two jobs at my house. 1) drill through ceramic tile and mount a TV over our fireplace and 2) create a wireless network that would reach all corners of the house. On both occasions he came with one day’s notice and handled the jobs like a pro. Great experience working with Danny!

I joined Unilocal quite honestly to write this review. I am not normally a review writer, but after the quality and HONESTY of service and craft I thought it was worth it to let everyone know how much of a SOLID PRO these guys are. For one, when you let someone into your home, no matter their appearance, you must be cautious. My wife was home alone along with our kid and I was nervous about having 3 AV install guys in my place. My wife told me they were courteous, quiet, respectful, diligent, and most important, all of the things she was worried about… like damaging our walls and paint, chipping furniture or just in general doing careless work… well it was exactly the opposite. From the electrical wiring, drilling, tv mounting… everything was perfect. Straight up this is quality and value.
Sound Advice is reasonably priced. I purchased two televisions and had them mounted in hard to reach places. I had a sophisticated infra red remote extender and lights re-​wired to accommodate my new system in multiple rooms. I thought this was going to be about a week’s worth of work. Took these guys two days.
They explained everything they did clearly and professionally. But in a way that you could tell they were honest and sincere. There was no sales talk. But here’s the real reason why these are the guys for your AV custom install work… PRICES…
Whenever I buy something, I always check amazon and online for the real deal price. Then I know if I’m getting worked over. This guy on a Sony 4K HDTV (2 of them) came in below the advertised price on best buy. The install was all in the hourly rate and he came in about 8% below the estimate.
In this life, and especially in Southern California/​OC, I have learned you get what you pay for. When you move into a new home and are investing serious money, you really take a serious interest in making sure you get what you paid for. And that the people you are paying don’t take your business for granted or look at you like a mark waiting to be taken advantage of. I was over the top impressed with service, pricing, and professionalism. Worth signing up for Unilocal to tell people. Now that I’m here I can tell it like it is regarding all the bad restaurants in Orange County.

EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! Also very knowledgable on top-​of-​the-​line equipment. I had a multi zone, wireless 4K TV + entertainment system installed and networked to work off multiple iPhones and iPads done by Sound Advice. They showed up on time, completed job within stated timeframe and best of all worked with me and all my crazy ideas for what I wanted (Thanks Daniel!!!). Bottom line, if you want your neighbors and friends to drool over your entertainment setup, these guys are the real deal.
