Seth began coaching in 2015 while training under the leading millennial career coach, Ashley Stahl. He has since developed his own unique techniques to help his clients reach their full potential, while tackling the tough issues that may be in their way.

Seth O’Brien graduated college in 2013 with a phenomenal job at a fortune 150 company. He quickly realized that he was missing something in his work. He was looking for clarity in his career, and noticed that he wasn’t alone. Most of his fellow young professional coworkers were in a very similar boat. Seth became the de facto office career coach, and thus the start of his new business began. Seth has a passion for helping people solve their toughest career situations. Whether it is a simple job hunt, or someone who is just looking for more clarity in what they do, Seth has a unique ability to relate and counsel on the key ways to grow and move forward (usually into higher paying and more satisfying jobs). Seth has trained under the leading millennial career coach, and has invested heavily in his coaching skills.
