Love, love, love this place! I have been searching forever to find a place that can do designs on my nails, all of my nails & not just flowers. Lol. Most places only do flowers but not here. They will do anything you ask. I showed a picture to Lani & she copied it perfectly. Everyone is so great there. They really do a great job. Thanks for everything. Love Jen & Alexa

They do a really great job here and are the most inexpensive place around town, with a regular pedicure and a gel manicure being only $ 36! All the girls that work here are so friendly and nice also and they really do a good job to work quickly and make sure that customers don’t have to wait too long. And as someone who speaks Vietnamese, no, I have never heard any of them talk shit on anyone.

Great spot! Staff is alway very professional and always does a great job! They clearly are the best!!!

3^rd visit here and I just wanted to give an update. In my first visit here I barely had any length on my nails now my nails have grown out HEALTHY because they remove the gel the correct way! Ladies gel manicures are NOT damaging like acrylics ! They shouldn’t be if removed the correct way! I’m so glad I found this place

Love love love this place! Lina is amazing. Since day one she knew exactly how I wanted my nails done and every time I come back she remembers and does a great job. My nails last 3 weeks and they’re very professional. I recommend this place!

I found this little gem on my way home from work. Reasonable prices. The work here is decent. Lani is my go to person. Glad I found this place.

Leanne did and awesome job excellent services and professional. she the best at doing gel manicures and gives the best massages. I love how everything matches here. Its really pretty and very clean. Everyone is really nice.

Lani did an amazing set of acrylics with gel in 45 minutes! And kathy did an amazing job with my gel pedicure. It was my first time and I will be back. Would highly recommend.

I am a sucker for good customer service Alongside the sisterhood being contagious. All the women in there were sweet and made for a great experience and for my first time at pro nails. Pretty busy on a Friday but they assured me that they’d be with me at the set time not only did Julie make suggestions for healthy her nails she made me feel comfortable and was sensitive with my nails after they have been damage from other places

I just wanted to say that this is a new owner that took over and they have the best nail technicians and service! I love going to Lani to get my get mani! I have been to other salons and my nails always start chipping in the first week! Whenever I get my nails done with Lani it never chips even after 3 – 4 weeks before my next appointment. One time I couldn’t get an appointment with Lani and went somewhere else and my boyfriend was like you need to go back to Lani because your nails look horrible. So I will not go anywhere else. :)
She’s the best at doing gel manicures and the sweetest thing too!
The prices are super inexpensive as well compared to other salons so you are getting a great deal.
I am a loyal customer of Pro Nails and spa and definitely be a lifer. Definitely check this spot out!

Friendly, efficient and great service! I wish I lived closer so I could get all my pedis here. Compared to other nail salons in the area, Pro Nails is much, much cleaner. Their prices are a tiny bit higher, but worth it.

Pro Nails has changed ownership in the past 2 weeks. I went there the first 2 days they were in business and the service was excellent. I have followed Lani from salon to salon because of her excellent service and professional manner. She treats everyone like they are a special person in her life. She has never said a bad comment about anyone in the 7 years that she has been doing my nails. She always has something positive to say about everyone and she is a joy to be around. She and her sister, Cindy, now own Pro Nails and when I saw the reviews from the previous owners, I was skeptical to go there.
However, the service is impeccable and the professional quality is superb. They do give you a bottled water when you come in which is a nice touch. Please give them a try and see what a high class salon feels like for a good price. Their fees are not add-​ons and what they quote you is what you will get. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for quality and a competitive price.

Came in 6 days ago, three nails are already chipped and broken. They applied three coats of polish, & my nails are Super thin & fragile. Reflecting back, I remember seeing another worker at a nearby station with a big bottle of some mysterious concoction. She was using a dropper to drop the solution into the gel polish bottles. I am now convinced that it was a mixture to dilute their polish to make it stretch & go a long way! I Will never return or recommend this place. Cheap asses!

When I walked in, I only wanted to do pedi only. However, this chick got me interested in mani pedi. I thought it’s fine, what could go wrong? Oh! It was wrong!
My mani pedi package was $ 40. Plus $ 6 for both pedi mani french tip. They wanted me to pay before everything was done. Make sense cause now my hands can’t grab/​sign anything. But the problem is I don’t know how good they are.
And that’s when the nightmare comes: the one that did my Mani, she couldn’t see right (with glasses), her hands are heavy hands, so I was hurting throughout. She dropped the tools that she uses to clean my nails and picked up and worked on them again. I was amazed on how un-​sterile this place is. But I was hoping soo hard for them to do a good job on my mani pedi today.
At 1 point, she poked me really hard that I jumped out of my seat. and I am not the jumping type. She was very apologetic but I can’t helped it that I was already pissed off. And the worst part was that she wiped my finger with the towel and showed it to me. I’m like huh? So apparently she wanted to show me that it didn’t bleed! I’m like Good for you for not make me bleed??? I mean what the hell??? Should I do a standing ovation for it? It was like she was doing a magic trick!
Then she asked: round or square? I said square. She made it literary square that I can poke someone and drew blood She made my sides of the nails very sharp that for sure they all will rip my clothes if I keep them that way. I tried to get her to file all 10 fingers’ side down, but she couldn’t do it and didn’t understand English at all. She needed a translator, but her demeanor showed that she was pissed off that I asked her to file the side of all of my nails down. So, the lady that did my pedi came up and file them down for me. I even told her to copy my pedicure’s square, but she looked at me like I’m such a high maintenance person she ever seen. So that pisses me off more.
So let’s go down to the pedi’s nightmare: All and all, she was nice and can speak English. But then the pedicure was a nightmare. She doesn’t have light hands, either! So I was hurting throughout the whole pedicure time.
She than took the towel on the right side of the spa chair where I put both of bracelet and my $ 300 watch. both flew, hit the ground and made a loud noise. I thought I’d lost it. I didn’t even want to see anyone’s faces at this time, nor my watch. She as apologetic and kept looking at my face wanting an acknowledgement that I forgive her. I didn’t give her that satisfaction. I looked away.
Than she kept saying: I’ll fix the polish. She kept adding and adding. I asked for French black tip. So, the added part of course shows thick and ridiculous looking. I told her at the end when they all dried, she said oh it’s normal! The polished that I picked made it thicker in some parts. It was a glittered black. Than I made a comment: Oh, than why these others are not lumpy like these 2? She said oh it’s normal. But if you want I can do it again. I said I don’t have time for your BS in doing it again.
I came home and wiped out all of the polish, cause it looked like a 2 year old did a french mani and pedi on me. They use a cheap top coat where it rippled when it dried. That was the end of my rope. I’ve had it.
So I am writing this lengthy bad review on this place, a confirmation for other bad reviews that are already here. I should’ve checked their review first. Never again giving any random nail places the benefits of the doubt.

Terrible. We made a reservation for four but there were only two workers so we had to wait over 3 hours for them to one by one take us in. My french nails are way crooked, no lotion or massage. Avoid this place at all cost. This is a warning.
My friends nails were terrible too. I had to redo them for her right after like really? She had a regular paint but it was filled with a bunch of bubbles like do you not notice?

Went here today on my lunch because I wanted to get my nails done for my Palm Springs anniversary trip this weekend. UGH I regret it!
When you walk in, its decorated SUPER cute. So I thought it was promising. An advertised $ 15 new customer gel manicure definitely will draw you in!
Upon sitting down, I realize that this is going to be the worst manicure of my life. The ladies did nothing but squawk back and forth in Vietnamese to each other. Another person was getting a pedicure and she looked super annoyed too.
The woman who did my manicure was shoving my cuticles into my hand SO HARD and clipping my cuticles to the point of bleeding (nice). Anyways, I think she said 3 sentences to me: «you want a shoulder massage?» hell no, I know she’ll charge me extra «do you want extra oil massage on your hands» hell no, I know she’ll charge me extra «do you want parrafin wax» hell no, I know she’ll charge me extra! The bowl with plastic jewels she had me soak my fingers in (just luke warm water) was dirty. The brush she used to I guess polish? my nails was dirty and ragged. During her applying the gel she was dig her sharp claws to take the overage of color she would paint off. Well didn’t work because I left with polish still on my fingers around my nails… NOT TO MENTION BLEEDING AND SUPER PAINFUL RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER WHICH SHE FILED THE SIDE DOWN TO THE POINT OF BLOOD!
Upon trying to pay she goes «$ 25» um??? I’m a new customer. She replies «no you’ve been here before»…I reply «No, I told you I drove by before»…she begins to squawk again with this other rep who works there who is watching tv on her ipad super pissy and loud. she replies «okay fine. $ 15 and next time you pay $ 25». UHHH NO THANKS because I am NEVER going back… NEVER.
