Prioirty One Plumbing is a third generation family owned plumbing company, Richard our master technician comes from a family that started working in the commercial and residential plumbing industry here in the O. C in the early 70’s from new construction to repairing old construction.

Dave Taylor a partner at P1 plumbing started rehabbing rental homes for low income families back east in 2013 on top of owning and managing over 50 rental properties he runs and oversees that the day to day operations at P1. is running smoothly. Dave’s philosophy is for technicians to treat customers as if they are family and care for their home as if it is theirs. Going the extra mile makes and sets us apart from the competition.

Our water heater suddenly kicked the bucket and leaked all over the garage floor. This was on a holiday weekend on a Sunday. We called Priority and they were at our house in less than 45 minutes. They diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the water heater. Took very little time, all things considered, and they were totally courteous. Highly recommended!

This is a great company for fast and quality service. I cook and use my sink constantly. I noticed that the sink was not draining and used an entire bottle of drain cleaner — nothing. I called Priority One and Steve came out to my house within the hour. He fixed the problem quickly and left my place impeccably clean. He also told me something I didn’t know — don’t put almonds in the garbage disposal! Lesson learned. They were priced reasonably and you really can’t asks for more than that. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs.

Prompt service, reasonable price, thorough and professional. I appreciated their taking the time to explain what they were doing, and also how neat and efficient they were in their work. When they pulled out the washer to deal with the leak and repair, we found the drywall was a mess from all the moisture. No problem — they fixed the wall too! Though my laundry room issue was somewhat involved, they took it in stride, and dealt with the problems one at a time. We have a lot of issues with tree roots and have to call a plumber several times a year. Priority One is now my go-​to whether it’s snaking the pipes or dealing with something more complicated. Thanks for saving the day!

These guys were amazing. We had an emergency in the middle of the night and they were there to pick up the phone. They offered to come out right then. I decided it could wait til morning and they were at our door first thing. Not only did they fix every problem we had, but they were kind, fast, and knowledgable in doing so.
